Why were you banned or warned?

 For coming back to a raid when i was instantly killed by a cop for blowing up a wall. After making 3 tickets and waiting for 10 minutes with SEVEN staff online, no one took it. So I went back to continue my raid

In the past I have gotten in trouble for blatantly gunning down someone who is raiding as a cop without having to arrest them.

I did not see the cop or hear him nor did I shoot at him. I think this is a blatantly retarded ass warn. As well as there being SEVEN staff on and waiting. In my eyes someone broke a rule against me and did not even ATTEMPT to arrest me at all. So after waiting I went back. Not until I the dude I raided made a sit for NLR did byonic claim my sits. Bias? Not sure but a weird coincidence. I know what NLR is and the only verbal I have for NLR is from me running back to dil does base running a car into it and him crying even tho I was just joking with him. 

 

Yes byonic argued that staff play the game too which is true. but SEVEN on this late? I mean I waited for around 10 minutes and only saw Blue and Byonic bringing people. 

 

 

 part of this guys reason for getting in trouble was killing criminals first instead of trying to arrest them first.

 

 

 

same for this guy however i was not shooting at anyone yet or shooting at a cop. i simply trishaed a wall.

It does say "Use your best judgement" and a cop going and killing you for raiding a base is allowed.

 

I would apologize if I knew whoever "punished you" for this in the past. The reason behind this being added in the first place was cops killing people for defending themselves in the street when players kill each other. Raids go either way in this scenario.

 

As of right now. It being both allowed and you admitting to the NLR I cannot go anything but -1

Going off what Succ said and elaborating a bit more off it I wanna fluff just a bit more-

You're not actively denying the the NLR and only making a case for bias when more staff were online, Keep in mind staff aren't *required* to take your sits because they see them, they could've seen this as not something worth the time or effort but complaining that you got punished for breaking NLR with something as simple as a warn seems perfectly fair and valid.

Going off word of mouth of what you said happened would require more evidence than "This is how it went".

this is a -1 for me.

I dont understand what the point is saying this when I said maybe bias prolly not and also stated that I understand they dont have to take sits.

I have logs of being killed. I dont have a clip, just got back from a wedding that night and just got on. Medal is turned on to open on startup.

you had a player made a sit on you for NLR you said you waited 5m then decided to return to the players base which when you returned AKA Broke nlr because you did not wanna wait for me to finish the sit i was doing.

In our https://titsrp.com/rules? under Cop rules under general cop rules i sent this to the cop who killed you and when we asked the cop why he decided to kill instead of arresting you he said he was affraid he was gonna die.

No offense but you bring up solely me waiting for you to take my sit. There was seven staff online. Yes staff can play the game but the only people I saw taking sits where you (Byonic) and Blue. which is a little ridiculous in my opinion. I was also under the impression of the rule you posted here and in the sit. I have been told in the past not to just gun down people raiding. First try to arrest them and wait till they shoot you then shoot them. How I saw it is i made the sits and didnt wanna wait to continue with the context of that many staff. If it was 1 or 2 I wouldn't have continued my raid with the only person basing.

You are the police (you must attempt an arrest prior to instakilling, unless they are actively shooting/attacking you or another player). 

 

I was not actively shooting anyone or a player yet. I was breaching. Like I said this is my impression and I go back to this because I remember Mr Nova with this new rule very clearly.

 

The first raid i did not shoot any player or even the cop (I didnt even know the cop was there). I trishaed a wall.

 

I dont understand how the cop can say he was afraid hed die when you can clearly see when he killed me I never even looked at him nor did I do any damage to him.

From the moment you were prematurely killed, you waited approximately 2 minutes before returning to your raid. In that period of time you called for staff three times. You have been staff before and know that spam calling sits doesn't make them get taken faster, and if anything it genuinely leads to staff choosing to temporarily ignore your sit. If you spam called a sit leading to them ignoring your sit for 5-10+ mins I could understand going back to just raid out of annoyance and impatience, but you waited only two minutes.

 

You can't return to a raid that you think you got RDMed in without waiting for staff confirmation, making this warning valid. I'd say it should only be a verbal given you don't have recent NLR priors in the last month, but what you're doing is kinda silly considering the way you rushed into a reraid without waiting for staff while spamming them.
