jubert cumberdale Posted May 9 Share Posted May 9 In-Game Name doublecupjr Your Steam ID N/A Why were you banned or warned? my ban was extended from a week ban to a 6 month ban over misunderstood allegations. i was in ooc yapping my head off called von a nazi and what not which is one thing. but maybe 20 minutes later or so someone said something about rubik doing something i cant entirely remember but i said i bet hed do it for a edate with parth patel and parth patel himself had just raided me like 5 mins before come to find out parth patel is a minor i guess so ive been banned for 6 month for supposedly making false statements against rubik. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? i think at the least i should get a 2 week ban because this is all a genuine misunderstanding i had 0 clue that parth patel was a minor or that him and spys were the same player which i knew spys was a minor only because ive heard his voice in the past and what not i mean i havent genuinely played the server for more then an hour for at least 2 months until the last 2 nights or so. i mean at the time this all took place there was a player named spys and a player name parth patel online playing and the only reason i know that is because i went to +rep someone. my intentions were not to be foul towards rubik and im gonna be blunt and as simple as i can with this but no one had the intentions of accusing rubik of having a edate with a minor parth patel had just raided me so he was the first name i thought to put on there just the night before i said rubik would do it for a edate with pikalas which I KNOW IS NOT A MINOR because of the whole ordeal with him getting my friend banned. i wasnt trying to target a narrative of a minor and rubik what so ever i was genuinely just saying shit is this not obvious??? i apologise for the misunderstanding but youve all got it wrong my punishment is not applicable for my intentions in my opinion. ive never even accused someone of being a pedo in any game before its never even came to my mind. i really do think this should all be resolved in a different manner i my self dmed rubik last night on disc and told him upfront that this is a misunderstanding he told me its fine and he wasnt aware of it and i said i thoguht i should say something because sooner or later he probably would be made aware of it all. i hope you guys as a team and community can look past this as ignorance and a misunderstanding. i have no wants or needs to defame rubik he has always been cool and helpful with the few times ive had to contact him. once again i apologize but my intentions were not foul what so ever. Succ The Zucc Posted May 10 Share Posted May 10 As this is an accusation and not really a comment or anything of the nature. I'm genuinely +1 for what should be the punishment of 2 weeks. Imo i feel like the only reason this was moved to 6 months was because who you accused (regardless if you knew or not you shouldn't make those comments in general for future reference) the only reason I'm +1 here is that this is your first punishment for it. Otherwise this could have been a 1 month if it was your 2nd time. Posted May 10 Share Posted May 10 (edited) I'm fine with a warn or 2w here if rubik forgave you, von also forgave you so that makes it better, we still have a 0 tolerance policy on jokes or comments like that, and we dont allow nazi stuff either, so just make sure you dont repeat those same issues and you should be fine Edited May 10 by Blue.
