I’m going to be honest,I don’t really see the point of bringing up my name over a situation involving Tuckle or something that happened years ago. I don’t even talk to Tuckle anymore, and I haven’t really cared since that thread about the report she made on us.

Also, I don’t understand why bringing up Malicious (a permanently banned player ) is supposed to accomplish anything at this point.

For once, I agree with you. Everything from Malicious to you was brought up by Spys first. Clearly drama mongering and no valid reason to be brining him or you up.

Both parties have said their respective pieces on this, any further important details can be provided to staff on discord through DMs. I'm going to lock this for now so that staff may give their votes without this thread turning into a giant shit slinging match.

So my own personal stance on this whole situation is that it stems from a clear petty grudgematch between both players involved desperate to get one another in trouble. A lot of the punishments issued out have been based on assumptions, implications, and a lot of really obnoxious behavior from both ends.

 

Tuckle was ultimately punished because what spys assumed she meant. This same logic was then applied to spys, who was punished because of what Tuckle assumed HE had meant.

 

Imo, I think this whole thing has been blown disgustingly out of proportions when the easiest solution would have been to just tell these players to leave eachother alone.

 

With that said, I can see two outcomes.

 

If both players can put aside what's a very obvious grudge match against one another, we can reduce both issued warns to verbal notes for documentation purposes.

 

If both players are determined to see one another punished for petty reasons, then both warns can stay.

 

I'll be briefly unlocking the thread so that Spys and Tuckle can give their responses, or they can discuss it over discord.
