False warn

  Now what I’ve seen from parth ingame is never ending raiding, shit talking, and being in the center of drama. This is the character I have to grade when thinking you had malicious intent or not. 
 

Personally, I don’t think you should have asked either question. Whether it’s what or why, I believe either questions would’ve gotten you the warn, I think just out of the case that you should know all about pedo accusations reports that you would know better than to ask this question. I will be -1 for a warn removal. Your not apologetic about asking a sensitive question which had mal intent.

 

Dil Doe has done the same tactic one time. I told him in ooc to be nice to my friend and he said “Lean why did you step down?” “Heard you couldn’t take the heat” Knowing damn well that shit was digging into me. Asking a question can be a form of insult not just curiosity.

Staff Team, I hope this shows that he'll lie about the littlest things and to keep that as a mental note. Also the fact that he just got off of probation and is already starting shit with me and other players on the server. Something to keep in mind.

This is untrue, the message where she mentioned "children defending mali" was after you told her you were a minor. She was unaware that you, using a different username, were Spys and therefore a minor. It's still wrong to be using sexual language at all in OOC, but I don't think this situation was bad enough to constitute a heavy punishment.

What you asked was indeed a pedo accusation by the same standard that was used to judge that what she said was a pedo accusation. You both implied something to dig under the other's skin and make an accusation without saying it in exact words.

Shit talking and raiding have always been allowed and I think they are not valid arguments, especially raiding. Those two things are what make GMod good and we have a block button for people that cannot handle the shit talk.

I do agree that sometimes I can be toxic but I don't go as far to break the rules. I'm not apologetic because I never meant to call her a pedophile, I asked her a simple question (even if I had meant to type "what" instead of "why") and it got blown out of proportion.

If that all Dil Doe did, he never broke any rules as that counts as simple banter and, once again, can be stopped by pressing a block button. I meant to ask Tucker what she had dm'd Anoc since I knew she sent him something but I didn't know what it was.

In a few words, me raiding and shit talking people does not matter in this or any situation as it's completely allowed. My typo got blown out of proportion and a simple question was treated as a pedophile accusation which (on Triple T's life) it wasn't.

The point of referencing the thread is to show the evidence of the IMPLICATION (kinda like how you reported me for implying something) that you have done previously. Since you fully denied what you were truly implying with asking me about Anoc.

I reported a rulebreak, I still don't see your point. If I report someone for RDM and I turn out to be wrong, does that mean they will never RDM? I'm just reporting what I believe is wrong.

I don't talk to Anoc as much as you think I had simply heard you dm'd him something, that's all.

   I never said it was against the rules it’s just that all I got to judge your character on. Dil Doe never broke a rule either, I actually went back and forth for a bit with him on that, I was just stating an example of a question being meant as an insult (you weren’t just curious about what you asked is what I’m saying) you had an ulterior motive and the clip shows it. He knew it would trigger me just as you asking 3 times in vc saying what did you dm anoc and then typing it. You say you didn’t mean to which I don’t believe you’re genuine at all. That’s why I’m -1
