Making false votes Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Its been 2 months and the amount of staff on regularly has signifgantly lowered than before Who warned/banned you? idk How long were you warned or banned for? perm I was drunk and it was a stupid decision I made. Not that that excuses it but theres not much else to say tbh. I promise I wont do it again and when making votebans in the future I will have the logs, and any clips I can get, if they get appealed and for proof. Theres just been less staff on recently and the mnlr from some players is hella annoying when raiding. Prior to the perm, I never made a false voteban aswell. P.S. I dont have an extensive list of bans and warns, it was just a dumb thing I did without thinking. However I spoke to my lawyer Blacnova about it and that. Either way I understand if 2 months isnt enough time, but before this Ive never abused the voteban system. It was just something dumb I did without thinking. As well as recently theres been some more people basing and the nlr when raiding is so annoying and unplayable sometimes when I lose all my stuff to nasty rule breakers. Kert Kobean Posted April 25 Share Posted April 25 I mean honestly, 2 months is probably a pretty short span of time considering it was intended to be permanent, but at the same time it's not like you have a known habit of abusing the system. I was present when the decision was passed and it really more so just sounded like you being dumb and drunk one night more than anything. Also Im 99 percent sure I have never abused the vote system. Well besides the votekicking and votebanning a friend but tbh I didnt see that as a big deal. However Blue you talked to me about it and told me to not do that either and im pretty sure you gave me a verbal for it. Besides that I have never abused the voteban system on a random person/person that wasn't okay with it aside from the main situation. Im 99 percent sure. I also understand if I am unrestricted, and if I do it again, it will be permanent and probably result in a ban. The only people I hold grudges on the server are just nuisances, like for example but now gone, Dil Doe. Just because i saw you as a staff member breaking a rule and reported it doesnt mean im targetting you. I could have made a fourms post but I decided not too. I also joked about it saying you crashed my pc when I crashed after you were dming me and I even pmed you saying I dont hate you/hold a grudge when you were pming me that i "hold onto beef". Im not going to beg to change your mind but I raid people who base and I report people who break rules. It's nothing personal. If you can please provide evidence of me targetting you feel free although I dont think you have any at all.
