I am supposed to just assume a failed kidnap puts me in a un-escapable rp scenario? That is something that should be written down if we are you going to decide to punish people for it, again its not at all the same thing in one instance I was kidnapped, in this instance I was not, so my assumption based of last time should honestly be as long as im not kidnapped im fine. Again none of the finer details of this rule that is not stated anywhere were given to me until now

You may not consider my actions justified but there was no way for me to know I would be punished unless there was a rule or this was otherwise stated to me, the excuse that "its a general DarkRP rule" does not work here as I mentioned tits right off the bat claims to be different due to the rules being different from other darkrp servers.

 

If the rule is SUCH a big part of interactions on the server as a whole, you would think it would be written down somewhere? Thats all im saying.

DO NOT attempt to loophole any rules. Just because something isn’t written down, doesn’t make it okay. The staff has the final say in sits, if you disagree then you should appeal the decision on the forums, not in-game.

 

You've been told about this before and it is pretty common knowledge that you can't kill bind to avoid an RP scenario, even if you thought it was over it's always good to double check. -1 for punishment change

Hey man, as a staff member who talks to you, I can understand your frustrated. I don’t know, it just seems like common sense to me—you can’t killbind to avoid any RP scenario at all. This just falls under that.

Mr. Lahey please take greater care to ensure individuals are not continuing to pursue you during an RP event before killbinding. As Piklas said in his Meta post, I can see where you could have thought Terry was no longer following you as he fumbled for a sec with the tranq, but the fact that you are arguing about the rule not existing means you knew you were still in an RP scenario and killbinded on purpose.

 

You have done this in the past with leaving the server and rejoining during a kidnapping, so you should know better by this point. Please try not to make this a pattern, especially as kidnappings do not even take that long. Just go take a bowl or something while you wait.
