Banned for breaking a rule thats not even in the rule tab?

Your PlayerTox ban falls under the "pedo accusation" part, which for first offenses defaults to 2w. Mods (like TBNR) can only ban for 1w so SMOD+ (like Blacnova, admin) have to extend the bans for them to the right amount of time.

defaults to warn-2 weeks i guess that leaves it up to how the admins feeling that day? cause a warning wouldve sufficed for a rules thats located in the TOS tab. also considering i havent been banned in years.

Here’s my biggest thing is the fact you think you haven’t been in trouble in a while makes it OK that you  are accusing somebody of being a pedophile is kind of crazy in my mind. please if somebody said they were, could you show us proof of anything or give us a name of the player who said it because if somebody actually did say this, we would love to know so we can deal with them as well. The biggest thing is it’s common sense that you don’t go around accusing people of being pedophiles. No look man I can see why you’re frustrated that you’re banned but you should know you can’t be doing that and like I said if somebody did say this show some proof or give us a name or something because right now it just looks like you’re making up excuses. I will be -1 for a unban as of right now

If you hear someone say a slur, clip it and send it to staff - we don't have any way to know what people are saying in vc unless we're in the proximity when it happens. F slur is definitely not allowed. Hard R as well, but soft a is fine. Basically any slurs are not allowed and are reportable offenses, but nigga is fine.

Wow man, I don't really know what to say, I just read this forum and I can't understand why you thought it would be a good idea to say something like that? Would you say that in a workplace cause that would have you fired pretty quick. The punishment is fair and other moderators have given their opinion. I am -1 for Punishment Change.

I understand the confusion, it's majorly a TOS issue. With Gary's mod as a whole. 

If we allow the people on the server to run around and say things along that line then the server as a whole can get in trouble hence why we moderate.

You are correct it is up to moderators discretion to either warn -2w ban and it's usually based off of severity and how the sit is handled by the reported.

Your ban was extended due to the fact that the banning staff member could only ban for up to one week and a higher staff member had to extend it.

If you are ever in the server and hear someone saying something even remotely disturbing ie, your case where someone admitted to it. Create a in-game or in forum report with proof and he will be taken care of.

Even if you are unsure that what the person has said is against the rules or TOS better safe then sorry, in this situation instead of making a report you took it into your own hands to call him out In Anon chat instead.
