Look I'll admit the law on Mayor Being able to kill anyone in the PD was not allowed. That being said i had a Law which is universally allowed and you can check since the mod had also played mayor and had this law which was. Show stun stick inside PD or be KOS. This is a perfectly fine law and my other law was just inside PD=Kos again another fine law. MRDM doesnt make sense since all my kills were from inside the police station. and i only killed a cop once when he failed to show his stun stick (I don't need to specify a time as the mod never had one during his mayor laws and nothing ever came of it.) i can eat the fail rp because i did demote a guy because he did piss me off and to his credit i did not have a law that allowed me to demote him. The main issue here is MRDM which the logs will show all kills happend in the PD with a valid law (PD being kos) being active. I feel like my MRDM Should be removed since it's not MRDM. The fail RP i will admit to 100%

Unless my fail law invalidates my actual law but the fail law never came into play.

Edit there was a revolt so the new kills where from me killing the revolt people.

Im active pretty much every day you can check and ask people all i do is sit in PD and KOS when the law is around. I'm not dumb. My last MRDM was for me killing prisoners which used to be allowed back in the day. I'm not a prolific minge/abuser I just like killing people inside PD

Sittoandmori will be replying soon, but until then if you could please upload a copy of your logs to google drive or some other file sharing website that would help out a lot.

 

You can find the logs that were automatically saved at the time of your ban at C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\data\slogs-saved-logs

It might be in Program Files (x86) instead, if you can't find it from the route above.

Hey for some reason as we discussed i don't have them. Bit of a prediciment. Would it help that my prior MRDM was completley unrelated to this and a misscommunication from like 6 years ago? I remember which mod warned me for that and he can chime in regards to it.

I was active on the server during this time and was not involved in the SIT. However, I do have these logs relating to your time as Mayor. I do not quite think I understand what the MRDM was for?? Killing CP as Mayor?? I have these logs from your time as Mayor.

The guy was mad i killed a cop inside PD after asking him to show stun stick. (The guy i demoted for fail rp) when the law is perfectly acceptable and did not constitute any abuse even if i did have a fail law active i still activley asked for stun stick and tried to tell him. IDK why i got MRDM either. All i did was sit inside the PD hell the guy who reported me was inside the PD when i was gunning none cops down.

Hi NoobSlayer.

I admit my wording on the note was terrible since it was REALLY late, I want to specify: you weren't massing PD, but normal civs. If you had made this forum appeal before I logged off I would've clipped the position logs. Many of your kills (4+) first take damage OUTSIDE of PD. You have a long list of priors (recent warn for MRDM too), so I decided to ban you instead of giving you another MRDM warn. You're not a total minge and I don't think this was FULLY intentional, so I decided to give you a 3d instead of a 1w. I'll let the other staff decide if my punishment was fair or not, I would like for my (misleading) note to be modified though.

2 of them would of been due to them being raids. the rest would have been PD stairs which i clarified in my mayor LAW was KOS. im unsure if the steps count as outside PD for purposes of Logs but i can assure you i would not be gunning people down in the street unless they shot me first. My first MRDM was because back in the day prisoners could be executed en mass with no rule saying you cant. the MRDM prior was because technically i did commit mrdm (47 times sadly it was removed) but i was warned because i had not played in over 6 years and the rules had changed when a mod told me. As i said earlier. I really like killing people INSIDE the PD. or the stairs. some people get mad and run at me and try and gun me down in the street (You were mayor beforehand you know this happens) so i do think this is a case of misunderstanding on both our parts. I will in future be recording all footage of me playing PD because this is very annoying and thats not your fault. I respect what you do and we had fun gunning people down. Im just tired of the false reports i have gotten because people cant read the laws. 

Also people sometimes walk infront of bullets that i dont kill i remember accidently shooting a cop in the street when a guy ran into PD. (Never killed him just crossfire)

Yes im aware. Also rules stating show stun stick or be KOS are allowed which was a rule i was using. the only law that was problematic was Mayor can KOS in PD for any reason. which i removed and never came up because i always warned people to show stun stick.

That's actually not correct. You can only have this law in the mayors office/office room. You can't enforce that rule in the entire PD as you are only allowed to kill your cops inside of your office. As long as everything was in the designated areas though - then you should be fine.

I see well sitto had it has a law and i have seen others with the law and nothing ever happen so i assume it was perfectly fine. If not then shrug can't do shit about the past. All i know was i was told the Mayor law was the only issue not the PD one.
