NLR | Raiding PD without advert | FailRp Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Due to the lack of severity in my offense i think a votekick was warranted, not a ban Who warned/banned you? WKUK 5 How long were you warned or banned for? 1 Hour So i had revolted and the time had ran out so i left pd. I looked down at the time like 3 minutes later and realized it was getting late so i hurried to pd for my pooled xp since i use the screen for health when extracting. Pd was locked so since it was late i broke the door down and walked to the screen assuming that no one would care enough to try to punish me and if they did care enough then i would get arrested or votekicked. A cop walks in and i think nothing of it, im not trying to raid i just want to go on with my night. He then arrests me which is fair i just broke a door down, he then gets rdmed by some other cop which causes him to voteban the cop and voteban me. Now i realize that i did technically "raid pd without advert" and break nlr, but i feel like a ban was unneeded for this situation and this user just lets emotions get the better of them and voteban any inconvenience. My last ban/warn was a failrp warn from july meaning i dont break rules often and if i do its mainly just a misunderstanding of some rules. I think i should have just been votekicked for this interaction looking at the severity of the situation being 1 nlr and a single door being broken door, my intentions being to just enter pd to heal and get pooled xp, and track record of mostly good behavior. I do appreciate your honesty during appeal and it will not go unnoticed +1 for a reduction to verbal warning For Failrp- continuing pd raid after revolt is over. No but in all seriousness, had this made it to an actual ticket I doubt anyone here would have given you anything more than a verbal.
