I have served three months of my six month ban and I believe I should be allowed to play again. What I said was not that bad, and I believe the moderator that banned me was 100% biased

After talking with other staff it seems there has been a mistake with your ban. I apologize for overlooking this, considering you have served your ban 6x over as it stands I am +1 for unban. In future please do not make Pedo accusations or jokes.

Both F___ and DaniMagik are no longer staff, however this does not mean your ban is invalid. There are guidelines and ToS that we follow for a reason, to keep the playerbase safe. You have 3 months left, and honestly I would prefer if you waited it out. -1 for unban

Certain things are treated far harsher on the server for a reason.  Pedophilia accusations are extremely high on that list, and a 6 month ban is completely justified for them.

 

An early unban for something as serious as this sets a terrible precedent, and undermines how bad it actually is.

You did say some harsh things thats, why you got punished for that long and your prios helped to this decisions.

Even if the punishing staff arent among us it doesnt mean, that something will change on your punishment, unless you can clearly proof you got treated unfair.

Take the time to process your wrongs and see it more as a lesson.

This would not be a 6 month ban? Transphobia is treated like racism and a 3d max ban for first offense, and pedo accusations 2nd offense would be 2 weeks no appeal.

Being as how this is not something that would be a 6mo ban, I am +1 for an unban. You have served 6x what the max time should have been.


I think this was a situation taken way too harshly, and especially as staff we're supposed to again - have thick skin and not let these things get to us. I apologize that you were banned for so long. HOWEVER once you return you really need to make sure not to ever make another pedo accusation. If you have reasons to genuinely believe there might be an issue you make a sit or contact staff. Don't randomly call people that as an insult as your 3rd offense will be a perma ban. Do not make these same mistakes again man - this is your LAST chance about accusations, and you will still be expected to follow our rules and behave.
