Securing a base is not defined as anything other than making it where someone just can’t walk in freely. In this case it would be secured by having the door to a private base locked to where it needs to be breached in some way. I don’t really see how NLR comes into play in this since it states you are allowed to find their base and go there. You just need to ask yourself 2 entire questions as a moderator (WARNING: REQUIRED) 1. Was the intention of the raider to abuse the fact that the person had to get back to their base 2. Was there enough time for the person to enter his base and place a dupe without fucking around This doesn't need to be defined for [pictured below] people because that will cause more issues than it solves. add a hard timer rule for raiding back? people will just camp outside, call hits, cops etc. until the timer is up. Define secured as placing down base? people will just build their base and say they didn't have time to secure it. Why is he allowed to interact with me in the same minute he was raided thats the definition of NLR. Not to mention his party members were raid spectating the entire raid. I believe everything about this report is disingenuous and he is just upset that he died. This situation doesn't happen period if he does not break nlr. I'm not sure if you understand the precedent this will set will ruin raiding as it is stated in the rules not to follow the raiders around after you just died to them. It is very annoying to juggle pickup boxes across the entire map, especially while being tailed by people you just killed who will just raid you the very second you lock your door. https://imgur.com/a/eGFyiog - Image of my party member (Emilia) killing them and me having to kill one of them following us with the boxes.
