Which he was told he could appeal last time and once again was never told he would have to ask again. If you reply anymore ill assume you are just not reading what im saying

To the staff +1ing this, why does fuel coming back matter to you? Is he your friend and you want to defend him? Do you pity him because of his situation? Seriously dont get it, did awful shit and was completely reasonably banned, hopped on an alt many many times, last known time he alted he would base and play the server with the staff here currently +1ing it, those staff im mentioning now are here +1ing because their friend got caught alting again? Feels like a big issue with some of the staff members who were allowing him to alt and honestly this coming back up again should put these staff under some scrutiny because seriously how can we have staff members on the team allow this? And then when  he gets caught alting, they use the last resort of allowing him to just appeal and then all his friends who are staff jump on the appeal to plus one within minutes of the post coming up???? Seriously has been an issue for a long time and i think this limit pushing they are doing should not go unnoticed

He was completely reasonably banned, nearly half a decade ago. We've let people appeal doxxing bans, including coconuts unban from around half a year ago. What is different between any of the other appealed doxxing bans beside the players name being fuel.

I haven't knowingly played gmod with fuel aside from an underdone RPG and a spacebuild server in the past 2 years

He appealed this same ban 8 months ago and you were neutral on it despite the alting, which he now, at least seemingly, hasnt done in those 8 months. Before his appeal I was for fuel being unbanned, and even discussed it with other staff in the past, and when he ended out alting I called him an idiot for not just trying to appeal.

So we know you are friends with him which is fine. But what isnt fine you being admin, terry and etho being smod, and any other staff member who partied and based with violent theft 2 that knew he was fuel and allowed him to play the server even though he is not allowed to? That just shows the corruption among you and your friends who are staff, like seriously you should not be staff if you knowingly allow this to happen, and i could go on about all the other issues with you and your friends who are/were staff but that isn’t related to this appeal

I'm going to be honest, you were aware the whole time when you decided to break the rules.  No one forced you to send or say anything.  I think we are all forgetting that just because he was at the time does not mean he shouldn't be held accountable for his actions. 

 

I've seen several reports and always wonder what makes this player any different?  In most cases, when a player who was permabanned or banned for whatever reason ends up permabanned or banned again for the same thing, now I'm not saying that people don't change, But once that trust is broken, it makes it harder for those affected and onlookers to believe you. What if they fear becoming a target? 

 

Yes, we were all once young and dumb, But hey, some of the stuff we did wouldn't hurt anyone, in the game or IRL.  It was either some petty theft they got busted for, or they broke something expensive.

 

Based off your report, I can tell you're heading in the right direction in changing your personality and perspective on your actions (unless you're faking it ).

I do believe in second chances, and you should be allowed to appeal and have staff give you a fair trial—that's what you've come to do. Your records, alting, and even becoming a staff member really show a weak point in staff security, and for that reason, I wish you the best on your appeal.

It's up to the other staff to vote now, and whatever the outcome is it will possibly be final unless they ask you to try again later on
