i was not informed of this rule change. I keep up with the changelog for the MOTD and nothing was ever written regarding this rule that i was banned for. The rule that was changed has been around for more than 5 years and the change was never posted anywhere aside from the MOTD itself. I explained this to Riv who frankly didnt seem to care. I was banned for killing players on my property without waiting 5 seconds first. I had no idea this was even a rule. The fact that he chose punishment over education is messed up in this scenario considering he knew it wasn't in the changelog and blamed it on Rubik and said it doenst make it any less of a rule. I disagree, I think RIv expects me to read the entirety of the MOTD every time i join the server.

There are basing changes on the changelog, none of them show the rule i was banned for. I think riv is biased towards me because i openly discriminate against players that use anime models that look like kids (gross)

You were banned for 1w for your mass rdm. You consistently killed players who would enter your base less than 5s, which by definition is against the rules. While education over punishment applies, you still killed a large amount of people. You are not a new player, and should know the rules. I have attached death logs and any staff who may have questions about this ban, feel free to dm me for the clips.

hello, yes i read the trespassing rule. It says trespassing is considered a raid. But it also says i have to give 5 seconds before killing them. How does this work? Im confused. 

Trespassing = raid. So we are not allowed to shoot someone raiding unless they have been in there 5 seconds? Make up your mind. Which rule do i follow here? Im supposed to read staff members minds i guess

How should i know this rule changed if nothing was ever posted regarding said rule changes? How did you know the rule changed? you read the enitre MOTD and noticed a single new line? this reply is a joke. 

Also i love how in your logs, 8 out of the 13 (or so) players were constantly breaking NLR on my base. You said nothing about that though. Let me guess, i am supposed to give those players 5 seconds too? lol

This rule is probably the cause of this issue. There was some miscommunication / translation issue on my part when I combined two redundant rules into one. I think the words got mixed up, it's only supposed to apply to public bases. There has been a discussion to change this for the past 2 weeks but I forgot / just got around to it. I'm cool with unbanning you if this is the reason why you were banned.
