I've had a talk with Rubik about this situation and I've came to the conclusion of appealing my ban as I truly enjoy this server, and not perma alt (I could but it just get tiring on the long run. plus there's no point if I want to become more and more active on the server). I'd like to apologize to all the individuals I have scared/offended no I will not kill you I can barely afford a ticket to your location and killing is haram. Plus it's just too much I'm not doing allat. It's just an edgy comeback I use when I lose an argument.

I know this is game related and not discord related but you were just banned from the server for MRDM while micspamming racial slurs… This behavior hasn’t change since your ban and this appeal just seems like empty fluff

As I told rubik I felt as if appealing the discord ban wouldn't lead anywhere so I was like fuck it. But as he told me himself (and I know it) I'm pretty chill I just wrongfully thought there would be no way to come back on the discord and what's titsrp without it's wonderful discord server.

You seem to not be able to get away from the server. this is what...your 3rd alt on the discord? Sure, I don't think you should be banned permanently on the discord but there should be some time away before you come back, which I think is only fair.

See it as empty fluff if  you wish to, you and I both know that if I get unbanned and properly get reinstated on the server and not forced to alt indefinitely this behavior will permanently cease. Because the only interesting part about this server is staffing and making the overall experience greater instead of having to wait 10 omega minutes before getting your report claimed or your votebans getting cancelled for 0 while a plethora of staff are online. 

 

Let's think outside of the box , not just go the npc path and hit this appeal with the "waaaah u mrdm u kill bad ! u do again if unbanned !" because we all know it's bullshit. I was an excellent staff if not one of the best. I rarely ever banned the shit outta players and gave them chances and turned them into reformed civilized players. 

Proof here with this fella who went insane for no reason and massively killed people. It was obvious  to me that he was just here to see his name in the killfeed so instead of giving him 7 days break I gave him a VIP token and I taught him how to use the terrorist job to him and his little brother.

 

 

 

After that, he enjoyed the other VIP jobs and was given a gentle tap on the shoulder because this what a staff member should be. A person with a knowledge of the mechanics and rules who guides players and resolves conflicts. And, I, in all modesty, was extremely good at that, way better than most staff members who would - pardon the language - jerk off all day and ignore the reports. 

Because it is a problem often pointed out by the players: The lack of reactivity when it comes to reports. I mean you can just watch the clip below (the sound was obviously edited) of my last mrdm to see what I'm talking about.

 

 

No more than 2 minutes condensend in 30 seconds of a +50 kill MRDM.  And you can quite literally see moderators like Pack and Draco moving around as they get obliterated. 

Now Pack, Draco, I'm not blaming you for not reacting quicker, I'm not an Admin (soon be) or an Smod (soon be) it's not my job to criticize your staffing. But like the lack of reactivity is just a fact and you can witness it. No mute, no jail, no nothing for 2 minutes as I was unleashing my wrath on the players. And if you want to criticize my staffing go ahead you can bring up the times I got demoted. The only time I got demoted for a gmod related issue was that time I no clipped through my very own-base because I was too lazy to crouch to get through the dupe like woah okay at least I didn't noclip in mainland for a whole minute spectating a raid and coming up with the "me thought got cloak bind !!! me from other server!!!" excuse LOL. The rest of my demotions were due to discord issues I'll talk about them more below.

 

Now yes you can see me as Mike Erhmantraut  from breaking bad/better call saul if you want

like that one episode where he infiltrates a company and trespasses just to go to the manager and tell him all the flaws of the company's security.

I'll be honest with you man I alted like 10 times or more. But that number shouldn't matter I could alt forever if it wasn't for me missing staffing on gmod.

Not sure why you're here in the first place since all you're stating in this reply has been dealt with already I went through my 6 months staff ban, but I find it interesting that you comment here.

Apparently I went crazy with the gore that's news to me. If you're referring to the "curb" stomp video it was a 2006 or so backyard wrestling video the kid hit a light bulb with his face because he's stupid it was back when home wrestling was popular. The kid is doing just fine he is not dead. And the "porn multiple times" ? has dmed people ? Brother you sent porn to a literal minor who was in the staff team.  

Let me address the reason why I sent you "porn". It was a literal meme of three dudes jerking off with the lowest quality known to mankind, it's more of an nsfw shitpost rather than "porn" as you try to make it seem like high quality gay porn with a gooner intent. And the reason why I sent that was because I thought we were cool, we had a very dark and edgy humor, though I sometimes doubt it was humor

Now for the actual staff members who are reading this. If you don't know me please wait for the other staff members to comment before doing so or just don't do at all I guess since you don't really know what has happened make sure you get your informations from trusted sources and if you don't find any well dm me on the forums I'll get to them asap.

 

Now for the staff who do know me, yes, I'm here to appeal because sadly the only way to become staff is to be on discord (which is stupid in my opinion but okay whatever) I want to become a staff on gmod because claiming reports, hearing out people, looking for the best outcome is honestly fun. As weird as it might sound, to me, it is very fun I like it.

The thing now is that on discord I can sometimes get carried away by my unique humor, and it happens that it is against the discord server's ToS. so now if I come back, what happens ? you might ask. I'll play as normal, be rarely present on the discord, apply for staff after a moment, get staff eventually because I know I am strong asset for the team and I'm not going to play it humble and deny that, then I'll make sure to keep this very special humor of mine to a very restricted circle on discord and strongly limit my interactions with people. I'll be very let's say "monotonous" and professional on the discord since it's what is asked from me, but be much cooler and open to discussion on the garry's mod server.

 

I hope we can continue conversations with questions and answers on this appeal and thank you for reading this.

Legit Yahya I didn't know the smod was a minor, second of all I sent a screenshot of our whole chat not the porn. I shoulda blurred it out, but holy fuck that entire thing happened cause you kept sending me gay porn.

 

I don’t hold a grudge but you have sent some pretty disgusting shit, gory porn and gay stuff is not funny to me and I really don’t understand the joke of it. even on my discord server you would send fucked shit.  We used to be cool and I actually think your a solid dude when your not unhinged  and yes I wad a pretty low point in my life when I was doing and  I have apologized for what I’ve said and how I have acted.  Yes we both said fucked up shit to each other in DMs, but that is different compared to posting porn and gore in gen chat on a public discord server.

Let me add some context to the first screenshot - I went through a terrible breakup, confided in yahya cause we were cool then , and it has been used against me since. I did indeed lose a lot of respect for women at the time and could care less about them , but I was at a low point.  I really regret that I talked to you about it , you go for low blows and its one of the reasons I dislike you.
