Frede Russo (STEAM_0:1:56480134) How long were you warned or banned for? 6 months Somehow the moderators learned absolutely nothing from the last time I was banned. I'm not cheating, and the fact that I have to prove this yet again is unacceptable. I've got screen recordings of the RDM zone that I was reported in, which is pasted below: (please ignore my friend in VC). I showed this to the banning staff member, who contacted higher-up mods and was told that I should be banned, regardless. They also stated that it "looks like I have no recoil cheat" or something along those lines. It's quite clear that the banning staff member and the higher up mod he was talking to clearly have a very shallow understanding of how the gun mechanics work on this server. Two things contribute to recoil reduction/accuracy: crouching and aiming down sights. I am very good at crouch BHopping, which means that I get the recoil and accuracy benefits from crouching while also staying mobile. Secondly, aiming down sights greatly increases your accuracy and recoil control. None of the guns I was using have particularly high recoil, so I am not sure how my gameplay was interpreted to have "no recoil" hacks. The evidence the moderators have must be !spectate video, which has been proven time and time again that it is unreliable and doesn't adequately represent the perspective of the player being spectated. I was allowed to record a video with my task manager in sitland which shows me BHopping clearly without cheats. You can tell that I am crouch jump BHopping, which is what I was doing in the gameplay video. I don't know what else to say about this except that I'm not cheating, and the video proves that. See my previous appeal below. Many of the same points were addressed in this appeal. On a different note, let's talk about the policies that you, the moderators, have for cheating. I was told by the banning staff member that I should just be "banned immediately" and be forced to appeal on the forums. I was also told that I needed to show proof by "recording my desktop with task manager open". NOBODY has task manager open over their gameplay, EVER. This is such an unrealistic bar for evidence. It's nearly impossible to prove anything in the moment because nobody is going to have task manager open, taking up 40% of their screen while they play in the RDM zone. Then, you guys claim that "well, the gameplay doesn't show the task manager." Then, if it's recorded outside the RDM zone, you guys will claim that "well you had time to close out of the program." I don't see how any of this makes sense. None of the evidence I can provide seems to satisfy your unrealistic expectation for evidence that the accused must provide to prove that they're innocent. I have nothing to hide, and yet it is still a pain in the ass to prove my innocence because your policies around cheating put far too much weight on the opinion of the banning moderator and not on the hard evidence provided. Second, I am not allowed to post my evidence before being banned for cheating. I am supposedly to be banned and then have the chance to appeal on forums. This is bullshit. Guilty before proven innocent. I had my evidence recorded, in the process of uploading, and being processed. Yet, I was told that I should just be banned immediately regardless of the evidence I have. I was not given a chance to adequately appeal to the banning staff before I was banned. I have never cheated in any video game, never been VAC Banned, never banned on this server (legitimately). The hacking ban on my record was not removed after I asked several times, and the only other ban listed was done in error. I have no reason to cheat in the RDM zone, I have no reason at all to cheat in this game, and the fact that I have to provide evidence conforming to such unrealistic expectations simply to prove that I am innocent (unlike the staff, who just have to think you're cheating) is stupid. I don't hold anything personal against the banning staff member, or any of the staff in general, but I think that these policies need to be changed. Frede Posted April 1 Share Posted April 1 I asked you multiple times if you could show me your task manager which you did not do until this post right now. and like I said in the sit the bunny hopping looked weird and I would like for you to show me your task manager and you never sent me that video. and I asked you can you explain having zero recoil with every gun you used. I was not aware when you got banned last time like I said in the sit I just found out about that at that moment but from what I seen I did what I had to do at the moment and I would definitely do it again. I also asked the higher up about it just to double check if I should let it go or ban them and have them try to appeal it on the forms they told me to ban them and have them appeal it on the form so it also looks sketchy to them too 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As the video was uploading I did not send a link to the video. Again, I don't hold anything against you. I don't think that you did anything wrong. I know that the higher-up said that I should be banned and just appeal on the forums. In fact, you gave me far more time to explain than the last time that they banned me, and I appreciate that. TapWater69 Posted April 1 Share Posted April 1 It doesn't seem like hacking to me after seeing the videos just seemed like your really good and experience with bhopping and I don't see aimbot at all I've seen people blatantly hacking with aimbot and this looks nothing like it and I've seen you in the rdm zone time to time your just insane at rdm zone I'ma be Neutral for now untill other staff see this but I'm leaning towards +1 for full unban Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

"zero recoil with every gun you used." Majority of guns in the game you can quite literally just hold down and have 0 recoil or aim in not even a good argument for anything. Rubik Posted April 1 Share Posted April 1 Without going into too much detail, the detection looks for where your aim position does not match your mouse position.
