Im noticing a common trend of- Terrry does something we dont like,

-we comment on it (maybe with too much cursing)

-Ironfish doesnt like that and bans

If what we said was so horrible, why didnt terrry deal with it himself?

     To avoid any look of potential bias. If Terrry banned you then there is a chance that you would definitely be raising much more of a storm in here than you currently are. Staff members are allowed to deal with rule breaks as they see them especially when it involves harassing another player. I am a staff member, I saw a rule break, I handled it accordingly. I gave you multiple chances, but also let you know that what he was doing was not wrong. The way that I imagine someone who had their best interests in mind to go about this would be something like: "Hey could you pull me to a sit and explain how exactly this is allowed because I do not understand it in the slightest", or even "Alright I'll take you up on it and report you to get a more clear view on how other staff see this situation". Instead you went straight to mocking Terrry and ignoring any staff input: "wahhh wahhh people hating on me for being a cunt and doing cunty things when i know exactly what im doing wahhh".

Not the first time ive told you this, please stop lying. U warned me once, and only once. within 5 seconds of sending a message that had already been typed at the time of the warn i was in a sit.

Its kinda hopeless trying to argue with yall, its blatant loop holing and toxicity from terry. in what world does it make sense to

Block a high traffic area

Tell people "shutup its allowed

ban people for continual disagreance

and then hide behind the rule book? like, make up the decision. If a regular player had done that it would be a immediate sit or told "u cant base here" i would absolutely love to go back and copy what terrry did just to drive the point home. Furthermore on my own megabases i was told that there has to be a valid and readily available path around. Whats the readily available path around the indus tunnel?

2. I think that between you and terry arguing and you being pulled by ironfish into a sit and banned was slightly faster than I wouldve liked.

 

3. I think you COULD've been given more time to shut up.

I will make my response short, I am -1 for unban or reduction due to the fact that you do have a history of Player Toxicity. For mega basing, you can block off a portion of the map that doesn't block off unique NPC's. They added multiple of the same NPC to help avoid something like this from happening.

• You must have at least 3 members who are part of the same faction (ie, 3 hobos, 3 crips, 3 aliens) to megabase unless you're the king.
• Your megabase cannot take over a large portion of the map and the portion of the map cannot be a hotspot (Ex: In front of PD).
• Your group must own at least the front door of every house to megabase in that area

 

You can not block off any unique NPC (Any NPC where there is only one NPC on the map like Harvest buyer or the Cereal Statue).

your history isn't the best, but idk maybe it's just me based on the proof. You weren't really saying anything toxic, just complaining. If staff tell you to drop something, it's best to just do it and report it on the forums. I would have simply given you a gigamute then a hour or day ban..  6days seems a little much  

 

If you are willing to just learn from this and handle these situations better in the future. I'd be in support of reduce or unban.

The rules are written for a reason to provide clarity. All the megabase rules are written plainly and concisely. FTC or failure to comply is usually used because you failed to listen to the staff member who told you to stop. Whether through written or verbal means, as a warning to knock it off and go about your business. Any and all disagreements with staff rulings can be appealed via the forums, instead of carrying on in game and running the risk of getting banned.

when a staff member tells you somthing you should listen, if you feel like that staff member is wrong theres no point to argue in chat about it and make things worse , just take it to the forums, i dont like mega bases as much as the next guy so i can understand frustration here deff when there blocking main walk ways, with you just arguing tbh i dont see it as ban worthy in my opinion i deff woulda giga muted you tho and if you really just kept pushing it you would of got a 1-3day ban but also you gotta keep in mind bans are up to the staff so if iron felt 6 days was the right call then its up to him, that said for now unless any other proof is showed how you where being toxic in chat and arguing im +1 for ban reduction to either a warn or 1-3 days
