The ban was given to me for Mass RDM and entity abuse. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? During my first interaction with the admins that brought me into the sit, I was using Harvesters as bombs, and the first time I did it I was left off with a verbal warning because I was given false information that using it was not RDM by a higher up. With the new knowledge that it was RDM to use harvesters, I did not use the harvesters as weapons anymore. As I was RPing, I was then again pulled into a sit by Succ The Zucc, who at first seemed somewhat hostile at my presence. Succ The Zucc proceeded to attempt to twist my words to make what I was actually doing much worse, such as me saying "I bought a Harvester" to turn it into "Helping engage in Mass RDM" He explained to me that in the logs, I bought 9 harvesters after my first sit about it. Although I did buy 9 harvesters, there was no proof that I was using them to engage in what he says was helping in Mass RDM. What I was merely doing was selling my harvesters at a slightly cheaper price of $500 dollars. Of course trolls being trolls, they decided to ruin my business by becoming a hacker themselves and blowing up my harvesters. Might I also say, that the bombing was still going on even AFTER I was in the second sit. And even after all of this was explained to Succ The Zucc, he still made the executive decision to ban me for 1 week for Mass RDM. Please keep in mind this is a Senior Admin, a person who should be trusted in viewing all sides of a story fairly. I write this post not for just an unban, but for better disciplinary action against those like Succ The Zucc when people like him can blindly wave around power without having to think twice. Myself and IronFIsh doing the sit he was helping me with logs. The logs of him purchasing them tied into with the deaths of the players in explosions. His friend also who I banned was the one who was blowing them up. We found out they're also friends on Steam. He was helping commit MassRDM either by blowing them up himself or giving his friend the Processor himself. We went through arduous lengths to cross reference every time you bought a processor to when people died to explosions; here is an example [16:38:46] This thing Entity [0][worldspawn] attacked Robby Cigs (Citizen) with Entity [2626][env_explosion] for 23 [16:38:42] christchurch perpetrator (Hacker) purchased sugar_drugprocess. See how the times match up? That is true for all nine times you bought a drug harvester. Which as well, there is a 15 minute gap between when you stopped buying them, to when you started buying them. After I had warned you to not do this anymore you stopped for about fifteen minutes, then went right back to it. To add on to this I had just warned you against doing things like this. Your defense was "why can't I spawn nine harvesters whenever I want, I was just remove tooling them". When we checked the Tools logs you had used your toolgun a whopping 0 times on anything. There is also the fact that you and fnhcubie are on each others friends list, and fnhcubie was another person spawning the processors that matched up with other explosion deaths. This is a very clear cut case of loopholing our RDM rules and then attempting to appeal it on the forums in hopes that no one either has proof; or knowledge enough on the rules.
