Why were you banned or warned?

I was banned for MRDM for using an SBC cannon in town square. There were death logs before this that the mod said counted as MRDM as well.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I asked the moderator who took the sit to tell me the people that were killed before the SBC cannon, because depending on their name, there were some people I killed for trying to either falsely arrest or RDM others, and I was also a serial killer. I also tried to report these people but none of the mods at the time were taking any of my sits.

This was my first day back on in 2 months. When I left, I was a Trial Mod and a pretty decent one at that. The SBC cannon is usually RDM but done as a meme, and countless people have done it in the past and not gotten in trouble.

When I asked the moderator who else died, he refused to respond to me. He kept asking "are you going to defend yourself?" I would say "Yes, please tell me the other people who died and I can tell you what the story was." As I was trying to pull up !slogs he just gave me a 7 day ban. He didn't give me any kind of time to actually tell him what was going on.

Big fat edit: I just realized that my mic was set to the wrong one, so it's entirely possible that they couldn't hear anything I was saying. I messaged them on Discord to verify and it turns out that that was the case.

I was super confused why you werent talking when I brought you. I wish you would have said something in chat. But even if your mic was working you still rdmed 4 people with the SBC cannon and 2 others seconds before.

Im sorry that your mic wasnt working but I dont see any excuse that you could make for killing all those poeple

So we have Admitted to doing it, and we have "because this guy did it and got away with it so can I" I will also be -1

                           We just had an appeal denied where the circumstances were almost exactly the same as this; You used to be staff, you did it because "it used to be a meme" "countless people have done it in the past". You should know that MRDM is MRDM and will be punished as such, it does not matter if other people do it or not. Rules are there for a reason and you knowingly and admittedly chose to break them.

I'm not sure how being a serial killer or staff not dealing with your sits is justification for you to break the rules, it's very clear to me that you did this out of spite and your actions on this topic and you not being at all apologetic prove that point pretty well for me, with that said I'm gonna go ahead and deny this due to lack of support and the fact that you clearly broke the rules.
