Why were you banned or warned?

Toxicity and an Apparent Doxx threat?

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

Well, at the very least shrink the ban to 3 days or 1 day.
First off A Doxx Threat has nothing to do with a Pipebomb in the mail. That is a threat people make to others they do not like as a matter of joking, so that "Doxx ban" should be lifted. Secondly, my ban originally for Toxicity was not justifiable and it was completely the rightful thing to do I'm just here due to the "Doxx Threat". So Maybe look it over because if it were a Doxx threat I would have said something along the following: "Im going to leak your IP to the entire server in OOC, I know where you live and I'm going to post it in the discord, etc." There is really nothing much here other than my ban being extended to 4 weeks over nonsense so Possibly Consider lowering it to the 3 days or 1 day like it was originally going to be. Thank you.
P.S I have had no prior Altercations such a threatening another Player/Staff member

Without any context of what happened prior to your ban, the only person that can help you in the person that issued the ban. In a ban appeal you should provide details of what happened which proves why the ban is false. Simply saying your ban was "not justifiable" is not going to help when we have no idea what happened.

Hey Rennooc,

 

I hear what you're saying but at the same time I greatly disagree that its something people joke about.  As I stated in your staff report, had you only continued with toxicity and not threatened, I wouldn't see an issue with a reduction for that given the circumstances.  Unfortunately that is not the case.  I have attached clips below for reference.    

 

I stand by the amount of time that was given for this ban, but before giving a vote to this I will reach out to some higher up staff to make sure the ban was/is labeled correctly.

With it being clear that you are not the most respectable member of the community based on your extensive history - 1 month for what you said is actually pretty spot on. I agree with a month ban here 100%. Saying what you said during a sit with someone who isnt your friend as a joke was just....dumb.

Only thing im +1 on is removing the ddos threats but keeping the time.

After some discussions I just wanted to make a final note. 
 

I think you are correct in the fact that this is not a doxx threat.  However, the only thing that I believe needs to be changed about this ban is changing the label of the ban itself. 
 

+1  for changing the ban label from “Toxicity | Doxx Threats” to “Toxicity | Personal Attack” as your actions would fall directly under those labels per punishment guidelines. 
 

-1 for any reduction or removal of the ban itself

While Spektor (the banning staff member) wants to change the ban reason to "Toxicity | Personal Attack" i do believe its still a doxxing threat, telling someone that you are going to send a pipebomb to their mailbox implies that you intend on getting the adresss of their home

Pipebomb+mailbox is just IRL Threats change the ban to IRL Threats instead of personal attack as it's closer to what he said.

 

+1 on just changing the wording of the ban. like I stated before. He's lucky it was just the month.
