IRL trading Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? i believe this situation to be very cut cold and dry. i was in the black market discord server for the whole duration it was up. i decided NOT to leave it, even after the people in it were caught and banned, as i knew i was innocent and found it funny all these people were skidding away in fear. i got a kick out of observing these events and joined because i got the invite and wanted to take a peak and see what people were selling and doing. nobody talked to me, or even presented me with the supposed evidence of my IRL trading. every person inside that server can vouch i didn't indulge. the only instance i can recall is speaking to a user in this server that goes by the name "Zoop Loop" in the past ABOUT irl trading as he was VERY interested in buying my items for USD, so much so i even considered it and discussed prices, but didn't actually end up doing so. i knew i had no intention to play and obtain these items for him and that was that. i have been more than outspoken about the fact i was in the server, so i am very surprised as to how this was all put together. other members like Reiko and Jaywalker are getting unbanned and receiving apologies over the same situation, which makes me wonder what it is that makes a person trip over the same rock, committing the same mistakes to ban people with no evidence.. Who warned/banned you? console How long were you warned or banned for? 6 months i want to just reiterate the fact that i got punished about as harshly as someone that made a living out of selling gmod items with absolutely no evidence and the speculation is that of "i could've had the intent to"... Guest Posted February 3, 2023 Share Posted February 3, 2023 (edited) i have stated my case mr. block, and unfortunately, you have continued to fail to gather the evidence yourself, as that's the only individual who can prove this situation to be what i told you it is. i have approached you both personally and wrote an appeal, contacted admins and senior moderators and they're all in absolute awe with the lack of professionalism, intelligence, and logic that you have seemed to put on the table. i will go ahea dand allow others to read what i have told you, and i will patiently wait as i have, like i said, nothing to hide. all this you have sent me all the moderators already had, as i sent it to them myself. if discussing IRL prices and not following through with the transaction is REALLY bannable, please state so in your rules, or in fact, proceed to ban half of your player base with this logic. to me it looks like you allowed an individual to ransack your mind and went ahead and listened to the voices so they'd get off your nuts and surprisingly that's also what it also sounds like to 100% of the people i have contacted regarding to this... i have never seen someone so confident in being so wrong and it's quite the spectacle. kdawg, you fell off if this is how it goes. Anything that states your case to object any of the evidence I have provided would be great. Just because you did something a few months ago doesn't mean you're safe from the ban party.
