Console How long were you warned or banned for? 7 days (youch) Well, for starters, all kills during the 1 hour time period im guessing their referring to, were either self defense, or me mugging 1 person, 1 time. Im not sure what LTAP means, but if it means mass NLR break, i only "broke" it to ask a question. Also, may i add, since i was banned by the console, i didnt get to bring any of this up, so i was just in my base, with a printer, then i was banned out of nowhere! Again, in self defense, i killed usually 2 people many times, forgot their names, but I know they werent banned, even though after they MRDMed me and others many times, I just got sick, and fought back, and while they broke NLR many times again, coming back after i killed them, they still werent banned. And there are many witnesses too, i dont know their names, but they also "most likely" put in MRDM claims on them too. toosii Posted October 15, 2022 Share Posted October 15, 2022 The staff member who banned you was @Mav Mitchell, you were not banned by console. Also LTAP means leaving to avoid punishment. So I don't really think you were banned out of no where, if LTAP is in your ban reason it either means you left during the sit or disconnected after mass rdming. And you are saying people were RDM'ing you many times and broke NLR against you, did you ever call a sit on them though? If not that is why they were not punished. Just wanted to point all that out, I will wait to +1/-1 this appeal until after the banning staff member has had a chance to comment. I will send this appeal to Mav on discord now for you though! Peanut Posted October 15, 2022 Author Share Posted October 15, 2022 I did many times call sits, as well as others making sits, i think i made 2 sits entirely, but for 2 whole hours it wasnt called. It also said I WAS banned by console, so im not sure if thats correct. And i left 2, maybe 3 entire hours AFTER the "MRDM" (self defense) and i was never called INTO a sit for it. I was in my base, i collected money from my printer, unlocked 1 of my keypads and was banned out of nowhere. But if you could provide some more insight to why you were killing people that'd be great. Peanut Posted October 15, 2022 Author Share Posted October 15, 2022 Firstly, to clarify, There was a Swat Commander ( i think that was his job) who was MRDMing everyone near the beach, so thats why many of the kills were there, but after scanning through the Sits and Kill logs you posted, none of those were in the time period. Secondly, me and nitro were dicking around, not messing with anyone else really, which accounts for those kills. The handcuff calls were just me doing my job, and also, the sits and kill logs were also about 2 HOURS after the fact i THOUGHT you were referring too. Still, in this case at least, i was still killing in self defense, since the person that WAS MRDMing was still on the server, so i was very alert with self defense, because i had spent thousands on weapons to defend myself from him, so that will also account for many things. Also, may i add, the connection logs are also far later than what i thought you were referring to, since on Player Peanut (STEAM_0:1:634853260) disconnected from the server <14-10-2022 / 23:11:20> It was a LUA overload for my computer and i crashed, and for the Player Peanut (STEAM_0:1:634853260) disconnected from the server <14-10-2022 / 23:24:34> was the ban ( i think), and again, i was just in my base, when i was banned. Also, i dont have video proof of these events, since currently my storage card is kinda full, so i couldnt really make one, but there are probably logs to the MRDM claims for another person that correlate with mine. All i know, is that his name has 1234 at the end, not sure about the other characters though.
