This happened a little while ago but I'd still like to get the warn removed hopefully. The player that I killed in question had been approaching me numerous times with a bludgeon while insulting me for having a protogen PM, and every time he got too close I'd turn towards him and he'd back off. When I was lingering around the PD with a few people, the player approached me AGAIN from directly behind and took a swing at me with his bludgeon, attempting to kidnap me and coming extremely close given how close he was to my back- he missed, but I turned around and killed him given that he almost just kidnapped me and one more swing would've been enough to take me down. However, things get weird from here- I continued playing normally for about an hour or so before logging off. When I logged back in the next day, I was warned while offline for "IRDM (Killing a player for just holding a kidnap swep not swinging it)". The player was literally following me around and trying to kidnap me while I was distracted, and once he genuinely got super close to me from behind and took a swing at my back up-close, only then did I kill him. The fact that over the next course of an hour that I played after I killed him, and the fact that there were numerous staff online, not to mention how he had been following me and insulting me prior even after I killed him and being toxic overall- it leads me to believe that he intentionally waited for me to log off so that he could call a sit and claimed I RDM'ed him without me telling my side of the story.

I remember this! I don't care if you get the warn removed or not, but I wasn't saying shit so don't even go there.

If the video that lavender posted was infact the scenario in question, it it pretty clear that he never swung the baton which would mean the warn is valid. It also doesn't help that you didn't include any sort of evidence yourself, I wouldn't support a warn being removed just off of word of mouth.

Forgive me for being mistaken and not remembering everything down to the core since again, this happened a little while ago. I appreciate the clip though! But regardless, why did you wait so long to call a sit? I played for well over an hour after killing you when there were multiple staff on, I would’ve gladly taken this warn if I was pulled into a sit while online. I just wish I had the opportunity to explain my side of the story to mods when this originally happened rather than be warned while offline.
