He made a ticket about this I claimed it and couldn't decide how to deal with this. I can confirmed that player Moons did showed me how he did the prop block. Personally I would be down for the punishment to be him giving the money back and leave it at a verbal for the propblock as not only is it scummy but it's against the rules to do. +1 from me.
