Warn appeal

If you have no prior warns for it, I am +1 for it being changed to a verbal warn (note) instead. It is a valid punishment for the offense though.

Already set up the bind, have to check them from time to time tho, since when the game crashes it goes back to my old binds from 2 years ago, wich dont work and are in spanish

In order to not have your binds reset you need to close your game with the quit button in the main menu, alt f4ing or closing the game in any other way does not save console changes.
