Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? my ban should be reduced because 1 month is a long time for only breaking 1 rule. Who warned/banned you? Jay walker, b3nz How long were you warned or banned for? 1 month hello there, i apologize in advance as writing is not my specialty so please bear with me. i was banned yesterday for killing people in a particular way in which i believe, is not mass rdm or rule breaking. essentially, i was RPing as necromancer (my favorite class) i was resurrecting people inside and outside my base i was also hanging out at. at one point, officer judy hops came running into my base in hot pursuit of a criminal, i killed the cop for entering my base and trespassing like any other, but then i decided to resurrect him for the XP, it brought him back to life meaning he was then trespassing in my base, so i killed him. I repeated this process a few times. The gentlemen than made a report on me for mass rdm, i was told by b3nz that what i was doing "Was not violating ANY rules, but was ethically wrong". I was asked to stop, and I agreed that though i did not break any rules I wouldn't do this again. About 20 minutes later i get brought to sitland randomly with 6 moderators telling me what I did was "mass rdm with no intent roleplay". there I was attacked by more insults from b3nz, and basically got gang banged by them. the only respectful person there was Jay walker. I will be uploading videos of the inappropriate behavior of b3nz as well. After hearing b3nz make fun of mental health conditions a bit more, Jay finally talked to me about why i was there in the first place, a man made a sit on me because I resurrect him, try to kidnap him, he shoots at me so i defend myself, and then i res him again and try again. I never died, so how can it be NLR? I was just playing necromancer. The sit was getting so long and complicated i got sick of being made fun of and hearing b3nz act like a child, I told them WITH RESPECT; to just do whatever they were going to do. Apparently telling them to just issue the ban, and telling them you need to go smoke and to just get it done, is "extreme non-compliance". i got sick of hearing b3nz run her lips so i smacked her in the head with a spear during the sit so it would finally be over. I'm not asking for an unban, but a month seems really unfair, i don't believe i mass rdmed, or mass NLR'd in any way, i DID Kill a staff member in a admin sit which i know IS against the rules. I admit to that, just as I've admitted to every other thing I've ever done. i get that im not the most perfect player out there, but i always own up to my mistakes and make them right or do the time. this is a gross injustice. thank you for taking the time to read this, these are the links. have a fantastic day. Do you have video of the whole sit so we can determine if you were non compliant or not? I am not saying her behavior was acceptable, I just would like to know the full context. We had to bring in 3 senior moderators so that you'd listen... You rdm'd me before getting banned and we had to keep you in sitland for over 20 minutes to which you replied "i'm gonna smoke a bowl idc". You were being non compliant, and your attitude was nonetheless disgusting. I don't owe you a single apology for I am not the one who can't play the game without getting banned to save their life. This has not been our first rodeo with you and I will let Jeff, Kio, and Jay Walker comment on their findings when they were in the sit with me when we banned you. Sit tight and be safe! Firstly, you were in a sit for some MRDM/FailRP situation, where your friends were kidnapping players, killing them, you would then revive them as necromancer and just kill them right after, that was already bad enough. I brought you to my sit, unknown that you were already in the sit, so I talked to kio in staff chat, and he said to come over, and when I tp'd to kio, i was already hearing/seeing your non compliance, b3nz and kio talking to you about the MRDM/FailRP but even then, you were not listening and just ignoring the 2 staff members. The context of that MNLR situation was literally, you hit Radi0 with a bludgeon, he killed you, you came outta spawn, hit him again, you get killed rinse and repeat 5 times, resulting in MNLR. You woulda understood this if you were not tabbing out of the game, using !trade. We ALL asked you to just listen and informed you that with this repeated ignorance and complete dismissal of information, it lead to the "Extreme Non Compliance" as it was around 10 minutes that I was trying to talk to you about the sit I had on you. You were with b3nz and Kio for a while before too. This was around 20 minutes (ish) of just complete dismissal. Normally Nutterz, you're a cool guy, I had some good times with you, funny times and seeing how you were acting yesterday was pretty shocking. There was more than 1 rule break here, and with the amount of disrespect, non compliance and also the rule breaks, this was justified.
