CaptainT How long were you warned or banned for? 7 Days Hi, My name is Kid Kolby. Today I raided the bank using /advert Bank Raid - I raided the bank with a c4 and then was killed by Jack Johnson and his party. Following this, I went back to the Bank Lobby to make a deposit and I was killed by Jack and his friends (RDM). So I returned to try to deposit my money again and I was killed a second time (RDM), I tried a third time to access the monitor and I was killed again. (RDM) Following this I was pulled into a sit by Moderator CaptainT. I believe CaptainT did not give me a fair trial in this case and assumed that I was guilty from the beginning because I had conflict with Jack Johnson the previous day. I began to explain myself but was consistently interrupted and told that I was wrong. I simply wanted to access the public lobby of the bank to deposit my money. Although I could have waited a little longer, I believe the rules were broken to begin with when i was RDM'd. I acknowledge that I broke the new life rule but I believe that I was not in the wrong to begin with because I just wanted to access the public part of the building to finish my deposit. I may have "beef" with Jack Johnson but I was not toxic following my sit with Admin "Lewdistic" who gave me a verbal warning to not type Jack "Fuckhead" Johnson in /anon chat - The only thing that could be considered "Toxic" was based in RP (one king law) "Jack Johnson is not allowed in the kings land." "RP Laws" like this are in the game consistently - and I was not directly told EVER "Do not interact / speak to Jack Johnson any longer" by the administrative team - simply to "quit the /anon shit". Then when I was tried to explain myself In the sit, I was told to remain silent even though I just wanted to explain the situation. I do apologize for breaking NLR and It was my mistake doing so, but I still believe I was killed without reason the two other times I visited the bank. I do not believe I was toxic to Jack following the original sit with Admin Lewd Yesterday. First of all the entire sit was not discussed in voice chat, I will forward the chat logs of the sit to a higher up . Second I never asked you to be quiet ,and allowed you to explain yourself the whole duration of the sit. Yesterday I was on the server when you received a verbal for being toxic toward Jack Johnson. Despite receiving a warn for being toxic by an Admin you continued to do it today. Now onto the main reason you were banned which was for MNLR. After being killed by Jack Johnson and his party member(Zesty) you still went back to the bank within a span of six minutes. You claimed you were trying to "deposit money" at the bank even though you had spawned c4 the second time you broke NLR. I came to the conclusion that you were just breaking nlr to harass/troll Jack Johnson and annoy him. After I issued the ban, I took the initiative to explain the situation to Lewdastic who ended up seeing the situation the way I did. I strongly believe my ban is valid so I am going to go ahead and -1 this ban appeal. While you do have a clean record MNLR is MNLR and I feel like it would be good for you to learn your lesson. Down below I have pasted the death logs and will go ahead and forward the chat logs to my higher ups to show that I gave you a fair and unbiased sit. I was there during the sit to help understand how cases like yours should be handled. All I have to say is regardless of intent you still MNLR which can default to a 7 day ban. Kolby Posted December 19, 2021 Author Share Posted December 19, 2021 I adverted my raid on the bank with C4. I died and returned to the terminal to deposit cash, I was killed. I returned again to explain to zesty that the lobby of the bank is public he cannot shoot me - I only had the intention of using the bank terminal and hanging out in the lobby for a few minutes. He shot me. I was then teleported to the sit. 90% of the Admin sit was verbal. If anyone has access to the chat logs they will show that. I had DM chat logs to Zesty explaining to him that it was a public base and he said to me that it was not a public base. As I said before I acknowledge the MNLR but I feel as If this was unjust considering the situation. Both you and Jack Johnson were typing the entire duration of the sit. I do believe your intention was to harass Jack Johnson considering that you were told to knock it off the day before. {GN} Isaac Posted December 20, 2021 Share Posted December 20, 2021 When you die in a raid. Your are not allowed to come back at all. You need to wait until the raid is over. If you died in bank you can't come back and deposit money. During a raid the whole bank is kos. There allowed to raid bank for 20mins ( Max Bank Heist Time: 20 minutes) NLR exists and please use your best judgment to determine whether or not it is okay to return to a place after death. Most people don't care if you died to a hit at PD and come back. People will care if you died in a raid and come back. If you want to play it safe don't return to your place of death until the time is up, no one likes a sore loser. If you did die in a raid/heist, its simply over. You CANNOT come back and continue raiding/defending unless you die to a natural event. If your raid is interrupted by a natural event (such as a train, being teleported by the pickle statue or a sit, any raid cooldown timers are void. You may restart your raid immediately.
