Relevant Info:

User demoted me as Undercover for not changing my name via the mayor's job title name, I said that would blow my cover as an Undercover and would hinder my roleplay as an Undercover to force me to change my title to something required by Cops. User demoted me anyway.

Ironically when I filed on Smelly, He also tried to make verdicts and take control of a sit he is being reported in.

Incident Two:

Smelly raided my Fishing hut to "Practice his raids" despite getting nothing out of it, If this wasn't blatant rdm/failraiding. I would call this a prime example off player harrassment, he did this just to provoke knowing he gets nothing out of this, Furthermore, he also returned me in a sit he was being filed against. Another instance of Smelly deciding sits he is being reported in.

The second sit Brisky claimed and then said she was busy with another sit with players who were having a hard time communicating because of a language barrier so I was kind of put in a position to handle it from there. *side note: when I moved you away from the sit so the sits didn't clash and you said "no, you don't have my permission" has me dead. See below for my reaction

First instance: I asked all CP to change their jobs to pig and gave plenty of warnings in chat. Changing your job title to pig doesn't hinder your ability to be an undercover. Anyone can change their job title at any time to any thing they wanted. If I was forcing you to change your job to "an officer" then maybe it would hinder your ability to perform CP duties but that isn't the case. My CC was named pig for a while, that's where that came from.

 

Second instance: I raided a base that didn't have a public sign, fair target. I raid a lot of bases I come across because you never know who has a pickup box inside their bellies

If we are going to pull out bullshit accusations, let's go over a few rules in the process that apply to your situation.

While I have the MOTD open, here are some pointers for your base if you want to prevent it from being raided.

A public base is a place with open doors such as a restaurant. For your base to be considered a public base, you MUST place a sign indicating it as a "Public Base." You may not have money-making entities inside/it will be treated as a building sign. If the base does have locked doors, fading doors, or entities call staff to report a false public base.

Trespassing makes you KoS. This means if you trespass someone's house while they are "building" you will die. If it is a public base, you must be warned to leave first.

When inside of the Chill Zone your builds may only be public bases and cannot have entities inside of them.

Hopefully that will stop your future bases from being raided.

I was unaware of Briski's reasoning, but considering your behavior during reports against you and prior to the sit, as well as considering the severity of the accusations,  You are the last person i want to be taking the sit, especially after that stunt you just pulled. Some staff can reason better in sits filed against them. You just agreed in a passive aggressive way and returned me with no rebuttal. denial of anything made against you and dodged any question i asked. You are actually one of the best examples I've seen of why staff cannot take their own sits generally speaking in communities.

I really don't care what a 13 year old mod has to say. Marshal is just angry they can't read basic sections of the motd and got reported for it, Even your own staff is worried about their actual knowledge of the MOTD from what i hear. But i digress, as this has nothing to do with you or the report. So stay with the topic please.

What? It's exactly what you did. Thanks to various experiences I can tell the difference between a rulebreaks being intentional or not. It's also pretty easy to tell ones intentions by motive and gain. You had nothing to gain from doing this. You didn't even need to use a c4 to enter, You blatantly used a "raid" to shoot me during contruction and c4 my shit so i would have to rebuild it (You didn't even do that right, I save my progress frequently.)

 

What you did was inexcusable and could only show that you dislike me personally as a player, I get not liking a guy. But once you start applying roleplay elements to justify yourself and take out your frustrations on a player in a non-roleplay fashion. You need to take a break. Preferably forever.

Strawman fallacy. This isn't addressing any arguments or points i made within the report. I don't care about the base being raided. I care you used this as an excuse to shoot me and c4 the props when you gain nothing out of it. then proceed to dismiss a sit filed against you under the pretense of "It was a raid" with no other explanation. Your behavior is abhorrent, I already know you're thinking "That's ironic" but if that's the case, Then I'm a qualified professional, and You've been diagnosed.

1.) We should not under any circumstances be directly attacking a staff member, regardless of age, and if you "Don't care what a staff member has to say" then I have reason to believe you don't listen to other staff, which is in the MOTD to listen to any and all staff regardless of what it is (Unless its against server rules or something like that) such as a punishment for a sit, or a ruling on a "Vague" Rule (A rule that should really have common sense applied to it and should not require staff intervention to further detail a rule that shouldn't need a 5 page essay about)

2.) If you had an issue with being raided, then you should've made it a "Public base" You could have no entities in it, and you would still get raided by people simply because you don't have a public base sign, People are gonna be donkeys about it, (I know, I had a base that was made clear it had no raidables and guess what? I got raided...6 times, guess what I did? Nothing, I sucked it up, rebuilt and kept pushing. Which is what should've been done if it was that much of an issue for him to have raided you, or you should've put up a "Public base" sign as smelly originally suggested with a direct quote from the MOTD
This really didn't need a report in my opinion, but could've rather been discussed CIVILY outside of the game to clear any issues or misunderstandings, or have it discussed with another staff around or admin+ to be a mediator. -1

You never made a public base sign which makes it perfectly fine to raid.

 

Staff members are allowed to take their own sits and disregarding our team because of an individuals age is unacceptable.
