I am neutral on this as there is only one issue I have with the evidence. I cant see what happened a bit before. I am not doubting any player here but i need a full list of the evidence or at least a video that shows what happened before and what the player did wrong once the original event transpired. Due to this I am neutral for now.

So sorta what cs money said, nagi brought this post to my attention, chimp is pretty known for this she retaliates a lot, and ik when no mods are on server it can get crazy but still she decided to go back after she died to go gun him down nagi responded to the rdm with a vote kick but she decided to go vote ban him and it was successful I dont think its fair to let her go without punishment.

its hard to give sound judgement just based off of the screenshots of the damage logs, like Cobaselic said earlier it if we had the evidence of the kidnapping and the hit it would make the decision easier to see if it was just intentional RRDM

 

i will also be NEUTRAL unless any new evidence is shown.

The evidence is clear. Binary fully admitted it was a hit and they are not contesting that. What reason would they have to come back not 40 seconds later and shoot me before I could even retaliate? If Binary has evidence it was not a legitimate hit then please, post it. I have posted evidence not only of the revenge rdm but the false ban. A warn is the only reasonable solution to this, no other evidence can come to light that I'm aware how to obtain. I gathered all of that within the 30ish seconds I had left before I was banned.

Well if Chimp has anything else to add, please do. Otherwise, I think that this post is done. In this forum post is proof of RRDM (40s> after death) and a revenge vote ban after I let her off with a vote kick for doing that.

This thread has been up for a while now, chimp hasn't shown evidence of their side within 3 weeks nearly of this being up. So off of the basis of evidence provided Nagi, I will be ACCEPTING the report.
