Multi-basing' lying in a sit/ not complying Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I didnt do anything that i was accused of, i didnt even get to have a (sit to plead my case before i was banned i would like to note) I bought a base door in the slums that i guess the staff member Jay walker wanted, he physgunned me out of a rp situation while being off duty to tell me to sell my doors to the base, i told him no that i was going to be using that base he claimed that i had other another base, which i then told him i did not but he then said i was lying and sold my door and attempted to buy it, i bought it before he did then he became very angry sold my door again, i bought it back right after he force sold my doors again, then he just flew off, i called a sit to report him then he accepts his own sit about him and teleports me to the base he claimed i was using before i bought the new doors, when he teleported me, he teleported me to my previous base that i had been using prior to going afk(i would like to not that i had already told and deleted my base before he ever teleported me back there)i asked him why was did he accept his own sit (which he completely ignores) he then says to me that he teleported me to the base i was using, even though the building was empty and abandoned by me already. I then ask him to get another staff member to handle our sit because he took a sit that was about him and that is completely biased and un-fair, i then ask to be returned by him because he said he was not going to get another staff, he replied no, so i asked in the admin chat to be returned(which i was by a different staff memeber)After i was returned i then put in yet another report asking to have a sit about Jay walker abusing his powers, and instead of getting pulled into a sit to talk about that i get told that im getting banned and that my story wasnt going to be heard, i tried to plead my case to admin StitchNuts(STEAM_0:1:221616788) and Malicious, and they did not give me the type of day nor time to explain my side, they simply banned me, they were very biased in this case and didnt give me the chance to present my side, they just listened to their friend Jay Walker and banned me. You were banned for "FailRP (Multibasing) | Non-Complying | Lying In A Sit". What is your response to FailRP (Multibasing)? You claim you didn't do anything that you were accused of, but before I check door logs, did you indeed have multiple bases? I think 3 days it a little extreme for this because FailRP is not a bannable offense but we will wait for StichNuts response on why he chose this punishment. Looks like Koda extended the ban for Marco, so I've forward this to them. Professional Jay Walker Posted August 8, 2021 Share Posted August 8, 2021 The main reason this player was banned for the length he was, there were people talking in chat about him supposedly having multiple bases. I went out of my way, came to slums to see this supposed 2nd base that you had along side your sewer base. I saw you and said to you "why are you multibasing?" you walked away multiple times, each time, I had no choice but to bring you back to where you were because as I said, its a major rule break. Clip of the situation here: In this clip, you will be able to see me going straight from sewers, to slums, the clip did not pick up the doors owned by this player in the sewers, but there was no other reason for me to be coming from there. I DID NOT have multi-bases, this is really ridiculous. Jay Walker even admits my own Innocence in his reply and yet im still gettng accused? The correct quote you are looking for, there fore not showing any innocence is " the clip did not pick up the doors owned by this player in the sewers,". Everything I have shown evidence wise is valid, you requested another staff member to take the sit so also the quote below is wrong. Quote he said he was not going to get another staff, he replied no StitchNuts took over the situation, we spoke in sitland and went through the logs together, once we finished talking, you were brought by StitchNuts and I returned myself back to RP as you didn't want me handling the situation. I repeatedly asked StitchNuts to take over the situation as you requested the other staff member. I will be -1 on this appeal. The clip I linked above shows you refusing to comply, and also shows you re-buying the doors after I force sold them. Also this screenshot shows your previous bans. Non Compliance seems to be a repeat offence from you. I have my recoding software set to 2 minutes, as its enough to cover a situation. As you can see by the length of the original clip, its 2 minutes. It also shows my first proper encounter with you, and out of all the people I could have gone to, I went to the player who was accused of multibasing, who was also outside of the base that was claimed to be also owned as well as the base in sewers. You can see that I check to see if it is you, and it was, I point my crosshair on to you to see your name, and then go straight to the door to validate that it is also your base.
