Snipes was going around mass rdming with an sbc cannon and was in multiple sits and SOMEHOW got out of them, whatever. Fast forward a while, snipes throws a grenade into a group of players, damaging others including myself. I go and doink his head and kill him, He then immediately returns from spawn and revenge rdms me. I call a sit for amrdm and rrdm. Snipes said during the sit that its not RDM because the grenades dont do 100 damage. Josaphine claims the sit and after reviewing logs (it was very obvious amrdm) he claimed he didnt seen an issue with what he did to the other people and was let off with a warn for returning to kill me. Josaphine returns me and i notice he doesnt return snipes. I go to josaphines profile and it shows his having snipes on his friends list. THis is clear bias, allowing him to get away with something that should have been an open and shut case. If someone walks out of spawn and guns down 3 people, 100% of staff will jail that player and ban them regardless of if any reports were made, why is it different here you ask? Because they are friends, to me this is unacceptable behavior as a staff member that barely plays as is.

I was playing at the time this happened. I did in fact see sniipes kill MANY people with an SBC cannon but before I had a chance to intervene (was dealing with something else) Josephine had called snipes into a sit. I was honestly pretty confused when I saw he only received a warn because it seemed pretty clear to me it was MRDM, he was killing a lot of people.  If you do have footage of the sit though it would be nice to see just so I can see what was said.

I was part of this. I was killed twice however I never cared about him killing me and neither did the rest of the people killed except for you apparently

I was there as well. He attempted to kill me twice, once at PD and again at Fountain, both times with a SBC cannon. He first tried to kill me and the group of people I was with at PD, and I confronted him at fountain, and he then pulled a SBC cannon out and tried to kill me and the group I was with again.
