Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Because there is no evidence at all that I did this. This demote is based off of the word of others, which based on the titsrp server rules:: Examples of a BAD Player: Reporting players and or staff when they have no evidence/non-conclusive evidence. This is exactly what was done. This ban is based PURELY off the word of others. This could simply be recreated by a group of 4-5 friends coming together and simultaneously reporting someone for the same reason and having the mass amount of reports pressure the staff into banning/kicking/demoting. And a followup fact that occurred to me is, sending a discord crasher outside of the titsrp server isn't against any rule in general? The only rule there is: 12. Breaking rules outside of TitsRP and having it reported to us may result in equal punishment here. You are responsible for your own actions. Examples: Excessive racism, excessive harassment, excessive bullying, causing harm to other community members or communities. But I don't see a rule in the discord about sending a discord crasher in the first place. People have been banned from the discord while you're staff for this exact thing. Furthermore, it says right in the discord rules to not try and cause trouble. Cause all these comments and still just referring to my original post and going off word of mouth.
