I was banned for repeatedly crashing the server and alting x2 Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Even though I cleared this up in my last appeal, I will make sure to do it again so there is no confusion: On this account, I have multiple bans that say im an alt, which is FALSE. I am not blaming the staff team for this by the way, im simply just making it known that this is my main account, not my alt. The whole timeline between me and the server is somewhat confusing, so I understand why they would think this is my alt. So I know theres a lot of new staff members, and there are a lot of you that havent even heard of me or simply dont remember what happened, so I will elaborate. July in 2019, around 5 am, me and a couple others were playing with a bug that had the power to crash the server. Long story short, we ended up crashing the server twice within 30 minutes, and a day after we were all perm banned. I believe around 3-4 months after, I alted and got caught a week later, and was perm banned once again. I believe 6 months or so after this, I alted again and got caught a couple months after that. In December 2020, me and my friends were watching Sugar Tits stream, and started putting #FREEQUAS which then evolved into me being unbanned. I played the server for 2 weeks or so until I was rebanned and told to appeal on the forums, which was then denied by Dan Mcstubbins, saying that I needed to find a new community to prove im not a liability before I have a chance of being unbanned, and I have a community that can reflect that I simply just want to play on the server to have fun. Not to cause any harm or issues, but to simply go back to the glory days of basing with friends, meeting new people, and listen to small children screaming RDM. The short period I was on the server when Sugar unbanned me, I think I proved that at the very least I deserve a chance. I wasnt in any conflict except when I falsely votekicked RETRO which I apologized for and faced the consequences. Its been around a year in a half since I was first banned, and although this is said a lot, I truly have changed, and ive proved it on multiple occasions. Ive tried my best to right my wrongs by apologizing to the community and staff team, and especially apologizing to people I harmed directly. I sent the information needed to fix the bug to the higher ups so the bug could be fixed, then I deleted everything that could possibly cause any stress on the server. I think ive done my time, and ive proved that im not a liability, and im even willing to prove it further. If needed, id be more then happy to talk to staff directly to clear anything up or to just give a better perspective. All im asking for at the very least is a chance to not show, but prove that im more of an asset to the server then a liability. Posted March 20, 2021 Share Posted March 20, 2021 Since this original ban happened before some policies went into place, and it's been a hot minute since you were first ban, I'm willing to give you a shot again. +1 for an unban. These kinds of things are obviously not okay, and I hope that you understand that messing with that shit is a bad idea.
