Helen Keller Posted June 21, 2016 Share Posted June 21, 2016 So, heres what I was thinking, which would be both fun and something I would love to have added to the server, hopefully sugar looks at this and will be convinced it is something interesting. There is a Real life event called News reporting, and I believe that in the aspect of RP, the world has a right to know what its city is doing and what is happening (reporting on murders, the mayors actions, getting interviews with the CP) and so on. I think that we should add a job that allows the user to place down 3+ TV screens around the map, (seen below) and use the News Reported mod (seen below) to Report the news to people, it will allow the people around the screen to see, hear, and watch the report live, as it happens. I would freaking love this implemented into the RP aspect of the server. Ive done some research and the new and updated mods dont use alot of the Server CPU and dont take up much space. I truly hope someone likes this post enough to send to Sugar about it. Used stuff like that on servers in the past and it tended to cause problems. If anything a Radio Broadcaster would probably be more accepted as it only records audio and doesn't need to render an image to a TV. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

To me this is honestly Bs cause really the only people who are going to raid you are other raiders and bitminers being legal doesn't really change anything there. Also, cops cant have bases and nobody bases as the classes that cant do illegal activities.
