[Official] Suggestions for the Server

I would like to suggest an improvement to the kidnapping scripts to include the following...

 

- When kidnapped, you are carried to the dungeon or cell & held captive. When you respawn after being knocked out, you will be able to free yourself (similar to breaking out of CP jail) & get back your keys, guns, etc if you move outside of the space in which you were respawned. So, if you are kidnapped and put into a cell but manage to break out or are assisted by CP or a friend, once you move say 50 or 100 feet from the location you will automatically get your stuff back and will not have to wait the remaining 2 minutes to suicide.

I would love to see gangs receive a new update, here are some perk suggestions

 

1.) When drinking bleach, everybody around you get's cured too Name: Second Hand Cure

 

2.) As a crab you receive a 10% health regeneration while in water Name: Freaky Fins

 

3.) As a police k9, you receive cuffs and an unarrest baton Name: Trained Pupper

 

4.) When mining rocks, there's a 10% chance that it'll drop multiple rocks instead of just one Name: Welcome to my mine

 

5.) As a mayor, anytime you receive damage all officers will be reinforced and you call for backup (10 minute cooldown) Name: First Responders

 

6.) As a pet (includes police k9) there is a 10% chance for your dog bite swep to stun (like being shot by a non-lethal) whoever your attacking Name: It was SUPER effective

 

7.) As picolas cage, there is a 15% chance for a person to drop two cereal boxes instead of one. Name: Nutritious Breakfast

 

8.) As Snoop Dogg, you can buy weed from the F4 menu Name: Smoke Weed Everyday

 

9.) As a gun dealer or black market dealer, there is a 10% chance that when somebody purchases a gun from the gun stand it won't deplete it's stock Name: Pre-order

 

10.) As a juggernaut you receive 50 more armor points Name: Jugg OP plz nerf

 

I really like some of these perks. Definitely going to be using some of them!

 

New Chem Table is awesome, but PLEASE force a cooldown between buying items, or do something to limit people from making a TON of potions in no time.

 

(Someone said they made 100 potions in 5 minutes...)

I have a suggestion to promote basing again & improve bitminers.

 

Add a job called Bitminer Host that can spawn a HUGE bitcoin server and generator. Players can buy a desktop PC to spawn anywhere in their shop, base etc. or set up coffee shops and computer labs for public use. Once you have access to any computer, you can create a unique URL that only you know and that can be accessed from anywhere. Once you create and access your custom URL, your PC will be linked into this massive server-wide bitmining operation along with other players & their PCs. Your PC will be legal to own and much more easy to acquire if destroyed than legacy bitminers. The more PCs linked into the host generator/server, the faster the mining process will happen. 

The benefit to this system is if your PC is destroyed, you can still access your mined BTC from any PC or spawn a new one because they are stored in the Bitcoin Host's server/generator.

This requires someone to be the bitminer host instead of people just having their own bitminers like right now.

Back when I used to play a lot of DarkRP for hours a day, I never just sat in a base. Basing was just throwing money printers / growing weed into your house and then leaving it and coming back to it every so often to collect the money from it. When you say promote basing do you mean that no one sits in their base or that no one has money printers in general?

 

Maybe I can think of a system that is kinda like a minigame but used only in your base so people legit sit in their base if you want that

Compared to just a month ago, NOONE bases anymore. There are still a few here and there every day, but there used to be a dozen people at any given time sitting in their base. Creating a minigame for people to do in their base sounds like a great idea, then people who are basing would have to always be active upkeeping their printers/procs and doing whatever it is you plan on adding instead of just watching youtube/going half-AFK and every so often checking on their stuff.

 

I know that you wanted to lower the amount of people just sitting in their base, and you've effectively done that, but now I feel there aren't enough people basing anymore.

 

edit: I'd really just like to see more interactive ways of making money in general, nothing wrong with making people work for their money and "minigames" sounds like a fun way of doing that (Maybe while you're doing these you can't freely click away or it takes up your whole screen, so if you're doing it you risk getting raided. risk = reward)

 

edit edit: I think it's worth mentioning I know of 2 friends of mine who now no longer play on the server/are taking a break because of basing not being as good. It should be considered that there is still a large amount of people who enjoy the playstyle of basing, and would like to see more things to do at their bases

You could add drones that you can control fron inside a base and make them able to raid and pickup printers.Or just add casino.

Could you link this new version? Can only find the Bitminers 2 addon, the one we have.
