Cardinal Ekk Daa How long were you warned or banned for? 3 days Okay so, I was banned by someone who was making up a ton of lies. NLR - I was told by NippleFarm (who banned and then unbanned my friends 2 days prior that NLR is 3min after someone is raiding your base, I mentioned this in a sit for someone who NLR x6 to me also and he didn't correct me the funny thing is he actually only gave that guy a warning yet my friend got a 7day ban) - I read the rules, and i see 10min 15min and 5min but after being told by a mod i went with what he said -- So the NLR reason is bullshit. NITRP - So the mod who banned me was saying I'm only play to troll, he said he was going to upload a video saying i admitted it. But then as soon as i mentioned it via discord his attitude changes. Proof found here (https://i.imgur.com/VclfwLc.png) FDA - So I read the rules on this one too, it states you can have 3 fading doors for doors that are to GET TO your vault / loot / goods. We had 3, the other fading doors we're windows. Also the base was not owned by me and 4/6 of the doors we're not even mine. Meaning I had 2, didn't break any rule at all. After speaking further in discord, he has a video to upload of apparently me namecalling. I look forward to seeing this, as your server even allows racist slurs to be used, the only thing i said is that i'm playing with friends and that he gets paid nothing for being a moderator. Facts, not insults. I ask kindly that someone who has any sense reviews this appeal, as the rules I was banned for wasn't even broken. Despite what a moderator told you, you are your own person, and have your own free will to do so before you make a decision to read the rules. So you did indeed break a rule, since what you did WAS against the server rules. But I will be talking to Nipplefarm to see if what you say is true. It was your decision not to follow the rules, and take the words of a TRIAL moderator. You cannot and really cannot open a fading door to shoot a raider which both you and your party members did in multiple raids that were recorded by cardinal. I raided you originally in which I called a sit on fortnitekid69 for mass nlr which he broke nlr 4 times during my raid. I died through the fading door through the window which had no button and no keypads. The other base member and you also got STUCK in one of your plastic fading doors opening it up and closing it to shoot me. (they admitted to this in the sit). You clearly don't understand what the FDA rule is and you were blocking the other entrance with over 10 lights. Please read the rules and not basing it on other servers. I told him it wasn't 3 minutes and that was that. You bring up how I banned and unbanned your friend. Thats because I was too harsh and why I accepted the appeal. I in no way shape or farm told you the NLR timer was 3 minutes. Notusingthisshitnomore4228 Posted November 1, 2020 Share Posted November 1, 2020 So I don't really need to anything, but if you properly read motd, you would of saw the text that said "Please read the rules, our rules differ from other servers." You should also not depend on people who tell you what the rules are, unless it comes straight our of the motd. The raid timer is 10 minutes, and the time to raid a base again is 20 minutes. You also wait 10 minutes before going back to a scenerio you just died in.
