I think I was false banned because before I got off the server I dident kill anyone. I killed one person before that but that was because I was getting raided and after I got raided I got off. But that was last time I played on the server and today I tried to get on and it said I was banned for Mass RDM.

I dont know the exact time because I just randomly decided to get on the server one day.

Hey Si, I tried getting in contact with you right after a sit but you ended up leaving (because of school). I banned you because of the PD raid that you conducted. It looked like you were actively going for people near the PD lobby. I was spectating you in the first place because two particular people had a problem with you and I wanted to see if you were harassing them or not. It was weird seeing you raid PD because the PD vault was at 9/14 and a new mayor was being elected. While Mid Raid, you were outside of the Mayor's office. You went down near the PD lobby area and started to gun people down a minute and 11 seconds. I do have video proof of this (with no audio because it got messed up). I can upload a youtube video of you doing this stuff of what I've said.

I was raiding with a member in my party while he went for the vault. The mass RDM was not intentional PD cops and others kept breaking nlr so I kept killing them up until I died.

I don't recall the vault even being full 14/14 though. You guys raided PD when it wouldn't allow you to raid vault and there was no mayor.

That part I did not check, I am just now coming back to the server after not playing on it for close to a year and did not remember their is a limit for how many PD officers there needs to be to raid the vault. But i dont think I should be banned for 7 days because of it.

From what I know. You can still raid the PD without the intent to kill the mayor and the vault. There is also the jail cells, and it’s easy to miss the numbers. Even then they can easily be broken at times on the sign from personal experience. 
 

If Si was raiding as a group and one took point while another watched the lobby as a first line of defense I don’t personally see a problem with it. Think of the PD like the Bank. Someone has to watch the doors to be successful. That said rules are explicit in stating that if you just do a PD Raid to camp the lobby it’s RDM. That I don’t exactly see here given the intent was that cops kept breaking NLR and he was in a group raiding (or attempting to raid) the vault

I think this used to exist a year ago.

 

I also missed out a crucial detail that I forgot to mention. The timing of your raid was a bit odd. You thought femboy shot you and then you decided to call pd and stickynade HIM specifically. I remember when spectating you said something in the lines of "Why did you shoot me". The guy was just chilling in one spot and he didn't even do anything. It could of just been a coincidence or just planned out PD attack but it just felt weird that you had to stickynade him particularly rather than any other position or player. I told like you three to not talk to each other and be near each other.

 

Also Si, Noahhhhh and Pop Smoke were in your party and you three were raiding pd together right?

You can pd raid to kill the mayor or raid bank OR you may passively pd raid without adverting for jailbreaks - but you are not allowed to attack people who dont attack you.

Then that was my mistake I thought femboy shot at me and I was already going to raid pd. Hence my group mates already being at pd getting ready to raid it. Also I never said it dident exist a year ago, I I said i'm just now coming back to the server so the rules are still a little shaky for me.
