LeGerbs McStubbins How long were you warned or banned for? 7d i was in a long gun fight with another player (last KD for our fight was 5-4 so it was a long time 5+ mins) and this guy sly kept coming back to our fight and walking in the way intentionally. we were taking cover in building doorways/shooting out and he would walk directly in front and block LOS so i killed him 3 times because he kept coming back. got banned because sly was "taking cover in building" or was in a building when he died? obviously, all participants were at some point in a building. Not to mention the completely different areas of death surrounding the beach. I can almost bet you used "crossfire" to be able to kill that person so you wouldn't get in trouble. Also there is no such thing as crossfire on this server, it's upon you to make sure that you're accurate with your bullets. You CAN... not always still be punished the same for crossfire. I'll let staff give more opinions on this case before I choose to deny or accept it. I'll let staff give more opinions on this case before I choose to deny or accept it. you misunderstand me then. the fighting took place from right through the tunnel at spawn, to the beach, to through the fence going to the alley, to the warehouse, to the buildings along that road. I referred to this area as "the beach" because thats the distinguishable landmark. I definitely RDM'd the guy I don't deny that. thats because he kept walking in the way of my LOS when firing, or walking in front of me when I was peaking in doorways and thats what I mean by crossfire. dude was being annoying AF and I RDM'd him with a knife because I didn't want to waste ammo for the fight. Spartan Posted August 25, 2020 Share Posted August 25, 2020 It doesn't matter that it was your first ban, if it was Mass then it defaults to a week. If they were being annoying or getting in your way you could always warn them to go away then kill them afterwards if they didn't listen. Unless you have other evidence showing you did warn, or anything other to say, I don't see any reason to not deny this. Lying in a sit just makes you look untrustworthy. We have logs, so it's literally impossible to lie in a sit.
