Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

Because i was banned for complete and total bullshit reasons. Ill start of with what happened, For starters i went into Phatboys base looking for entity's for my party's base. I went in and out and left, Phatboy then followed me and said "i want an apology" i said "No get rich", and walked away, he then shot at me and i killed him. He then made a sit on me for being "Toxic", during the sit he called me a racist so i called him "Fucking Retarded". The sit was moderated by Papa Skii McStubbins, who i will add (was completely biased against me). Durring the sit he said "i brought you guys here to cool off" to which i said "We interacted once and i wasn't gonna mess with him again" but during the sit because PhatBoy called me a racist, it pissed me off and i said during the sit "Ohh by the way my 15 min raid timer is done, im going to raid you after this". Then we where returned. And i as i said during the sit i came back and raided him looking for entities to bring back to my base. Then i was brought to another sit by Papa Skii Mcstubbins, and i said "Why am i here i was raiding, that's not breaking any rules" to which he said i was being toxic again. Durring the sit Phatboy started calling me a fucking idiot and ect. Somehow 2 interactions with someone is "targeting" during the sit Papa Skii McStubbins was saying i was "Toxic" for defending myself , ill admit i called Phatboy a fucking retard but again he called me a racist, i take that word seriously. I would like to be unbanned because i didnt target Phayboy, 2 interactions (outside of a sit) isnt considered targeting, and i would like Papa Skii McStubbins to be demoted for favoritism, and banning me for 3 days under false pretenses. I will also add that durring the second sit i had Big Ass come to the sit to be a second moderator during the sit. Also just to add in, if it was truly targeting (to my knowledge) it would be a week ban instead of 3 days, so that also goes under how Papa Skii McStubbins is unfit for being in the staff position he is in.

Phatboy at the end of the second sit said "This is going on youtube" he has video evidence of the whole ordeal, i would like him to post that, unedited.

Step 1: I’m walking in the fabulous streets of tits RP, when a player called PhatBoy approaches me. Saying that he needs to talk to an admin about something that happened, saying that it’s one of the worst experiences he’s had with players on the server. Saying that he wants to report White. So I do my job, and bring him into a sit, he tells me what happened. You entered his base, looking around and checking for entities. You tell him “get rich” and when he approaches you, asking you to apologize, you apparently start being a dick to him. So he shoots you and you kill him. So, I decide to bring White into a sit, telling him that he’s being reported for harassment, toxicity. Of course what happened between the two players wasn’t really Toxicity or targeting, I didn’t have all the info other than one of the worst experiences he’s had on the server. The sit was only to clear the air and settle things down. 
White starts acting very badly during the sit, raising his voice, not listening to me and criticizing PhatBoy, at one point PhatBoy sais that he sees what happens as “racism” ( discrimination towards the fact that he is poor ingame ) White responds to that by calling him a “fucking retard” arguments continue with White antagonizing PhatBoy and PhatBoy swearing back. I eventually manage to calm things down and say “right, just stay clear from each other, and White, just don’t be a dick head to him”. White finishes with saying that he’s gonna raid him. 
 

Step 2: I return both of them, and 30 seconds after White goes straight into the base to kill him. White in this case defends himself with saying that he only raided for entities. When the last thing that happened before the first sir was you in the base looking for entities. So you know he had nothing. ( Just saying. ) PhatBoy makes a second sit for you layer targeting. I take that sit, and start recording, knowing that it’s about to get pretty bad. I’ll post the recording if I can. I need to check that my audio was recorded properly. I check punishment guidelines. It being a 3 day minimum for Targetting in the “Toxicity” category. And from his behavior during the last sit and the current behavior in the second, it seemed very valid to me. During the second sit, White starts off with being overall toxic, criticizing PhatBoy and myself multiple times. Proceeding with the saying “If you ban me I’ll make sure you get demoted,” “I’ll get you demoted” (which can be seen as a threat). His behavior does not improve a single a bit, so I get ready to ban White. When he asks if we could get another staff member. Hesitant at first, I decide to contact other staff members to see if I can get a Smod+ to give a second opinion. Big Ass comes, I let you tell your side of the story, then I proceeded with mine. After consulting Big Ass, he agrees that a 3-5 day ban should be put in place. So I eventually do so. 
 

Reason of ban: Player Toxicity, Targeting, General Toxicity

The targeting side of what happened can be seen as minimal, as it only occurred twice maximum. But your general toxicity during both sits, which was appalling, lead me to make that decision along side my fellow Smod. Especially, you were an ex staff, I mean come on. 
 

Time: 3 days 

Minimal ban for targeting is 3 days. As much as the targeting can be overlooked up to a certain point, you were very toxic in general, during both sits, with myself and PhatBoy.

Skii you do realize that by bringing me to a sit with someone who i didn't communicate with after that and making it a big ordeal would make me mad right? Because bringing me to a sit for saying "Get Rich" (Which isn't toxic) and making it a big deal was a bad decision.  Also you  said "you knew he didn't have any entities" is false, because i was brought to the sit about 5-10 min after telling phat to get rich. (So after the sit it's not wrong to think hes got entities to raid) Not to mention i was raiding someone else at the time, so when you brought me into the sit i was already on edge from being taken away from my raid. And about targeting it is clearly not targeting.

Instead of making your best attempt to diffuse the situation and let Skii handle Phatboy calling you racist, you responded with "Fucking retard" and "by the way my 15 min raid timer is done, im going to raid you after this." (the raid timer isn't 15 minutes. Lmao.) These interactions with him during the sit are just further proving the point that you were indeed toxic. Should phatboy have called you a racist? Likely not, but you chose to respond the way you did.

While I probably wouldn't have banned you for this, and if i did it would've been less than 3 days most likely, Your excuse for your own actions is blaming everyone else instead of taking responsibility yourself, and that in itself makes me not want to give you a chance.

The minimum 3 day ban only applies to somebody making actual personal attacks against others in game, which I do not believe is what happened here. I believe, from what I have read, you did enough to either be punished with a warn-1 day ban for constant vulgarity, or a 1-3 day ban for noncomploance with staff since you showed no intent to help skii resolve his sit. I'm leaning towards +1 for ban reduction, but I don't know the full story, so I will withold my vote for now.

Im not saying i wasn't toxic, im giving insight to why i could've been perceived as toxic, i take full blame for calling him a fucking retard, im just giving more insight to why I acted the way I did.  For starters if i tell someone to "get rich" that isnt toxic. Sure it can be perceived as toxic but i digress, second being taken to sit for this interaction was completely wrong, if anything i should've made a sit for ardm, but i didnt. I let go of the situation because it wasn't a big deal, but you have to think for my perspective, I had moved past that interaction and was currently raiding. To be taken out of my raid to go back to that situation of saying "get rich" was unprecedented. Under any other circumstances talking to any other player saying "get rich" wouldn't be grounds for having a sit. If we want to talk about toxicity i can state an EXTREME amount of times in which people are called terrible names, and terrible things, yet somehow the phrase "get rich" is toxic. I believe the fact that this case was brought to the level of a ban is very VERY un-called for, the fact that i got banned for being "toxic" over the phrase "get rich" is extremely stupid, not to mention the player Phatboy did this for youtube, he stated to me after the second sit right before i was banned was "see you on youtube". If i was still a staff member that wouldve changed the whole playing field because he clearly was not offended by the phrase "Get rich" he was trying to make content off of something stupid. Also the reason i wasnt helping Skii in the first sit was because i truly believe that the sit wasnt something that should have happened, i said i dont wanna be here, ect. The fact that he brought me there to "cool off" is total bullshit, i was done interacting with Phatboy yet somehow i was forced to talk to him again and to be called a racist, and ect was uncalled for. If anything Skii only poured fuel on the fire, one bad interaction with someone isnt grounds for bringing them to a sit and making it a big deal.

I would also like to clear up the fact that i was leaving the area when he approached me, i asked him "what" he said "i want you to apologize for coming into my base" i said "No, get rich" and was leaving, he shot me and i killed him.

After viewing what the thread has to say, I'm going to have to -1 this as well, not only because you escalated the situation after he was trying to diffuse it, but because of your toxic behavior as well. This should give you time to cool off a bit.

Alright so after sleeping on this, ive come back to talk on this again. 
Im going to re-explain the situation, please understand that Papa Skii McStubins admitted to being biased in the report i made against him. 

So now im going to talk about how being brought to a sit for the phrase “get rich” (which is one of the least offensive things you’ll hear on the server). So ask Pap Skii McStubbins says he was approached by Phatboy, now reading that i dont know if that means he called a sit or if Phatboy approached him in the street, either way i knew after i saw Phatboy being brought to a sit that i would be brought short their after. Mind you i saw him being brought to a sit, and then i was brought roughly 5-10 min later. Because i was not immediately brought into the sit, it leads me to believe that Papa Skii McStubbins had become biased against me from what Phatboy had said about me. Phatboy had said “single worst experience on the server so far” to my knowledge. When talking about the interaction dubbed “get rich”. Now i get this straight, i was not the one who started out “being toxic” get rich isnt a toxic phrase. I got upset after being brought to a sit and being verbally abused by Phatboy, raising your voice isnt toxic. Durring the second sit after raiding Phatboy, Papa Skii McStubbins yet again brought me to a sit which was uncalled for, when i was first brought into the sit i said “i cant be banned for raiding” to which he said “do you think im an idiot”, i said “no”. Yet at this point Papa Skii McStubbins knew me and Phatboy didnt get along yet he brought us both to a sit, where i wasnt toxic, i was raising my voice and stating that i hadn't broke any rules, Phatboy then tried to provoke me by saying how “you think your all high and mighty with your cc, ect” to which i said “go ahead and try to raid us, nothing is stopping you” and he then said “no i cant i dont have a cc” also at the end of the second sit once again Phatboy stated see you on youtube. I think Phatboy was clearly a minge, because during the second sit he said “i cant even base, I'm batman”, to which i asked “then why are you basing”. I think everyone can agree that the phrase “get rich” isnt toxic, and i think anyone who’s played on the server for a while can attest to how toxic some things people say are. To end this i want people to question are staff supposed to be biased, because from my knowledge you need to get both sides of the story before making a move, especially if its something like this. And for it to result in a singular ban when both parties where arguing with each other and being “toxic” is also un-called for. I think the fact that Phatboy who was also toxic to me and tried to ardm me didnt get a single warn out of the ordeal is very unprofessional. Also this went from a verbal to an instant 3 day ban, no !warns just straight to a 3 day ban.
