zZzO G Posted June 3, 2020 Share Posted June 3, 2020 (edited) Your Steam Name: OG BOT Dumbass Your in-game name: OG BOT Dumbass Your SteamID:STEAM_0:0:202180569 Why were you warned/banned?: RDM Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : i didnt rdm no one, i kidnapped Dookie with %100 chance of kidnap, i dragged him away from people, waited till he fully woke up, decided not to drop his box for him to pay, but instead killed him. moments later i was brought into a sit with Tiberius and Dookie and out of nowhere Succ appears, both succ and tiberius go back and forth in admin chat with out giving me any input on whats happening but a " you're getting banned " i told them my side of the story and they said " logs cant prove what you have said and u are claiming 2 different stories" when i never did, i only explained them how everything went down and shit, kidnapped dookie, took him away form people, and waited out till he fully woke up at %100 chance of kidnap, and killed him. SEWER DOMICA was there when the kidnapping happened as he tried to stop me from doing it. Tiberius also said that i had " no reason " to killing Dookie but i still went on with telling him that i had kidnapped him. According to damage logs, OG, did not make a successful hit with any kidnap tool, or gun for that matter, on Dookie. This was intentional random deathmatch as you never successfully kidnapped or even made a noticeable attempt at kidnapping Dookie, rather killing him on the street for no verifiable reason. Due to your previous history (warns, bans, etc) I chose to issue a 1 day ban for intentional random deathmatch, as sustained in the Proper Punishment Times and Reasons thread. Addressing Succ the Zucc being present: As you know, I am a Trial Moderator, therefore I will accept any help from my colleges. Succ provided appropriate advice to me and did not engage in any discussion not relevant to case. I ask my colleges to sustain this ban and take into account my testimony herein. Succ The Zucc Posted June 3, 2020 Share Posted June 3, 2020 Even if you did kidnap him, killing him in the street is still RDM. As long as your victim isn’t in your base.
