So the bank manager died from the raid then he came back next thing i knew some random pet was attacking me and i died from him/her "so the thing i did was appear back because i just got rdm for no reason so i called a sit on the bank manager and the pet and i guess the logs were missed up but what the mod did find out we both broke nlr because he died from the bank raider and he came back and i died from the pet and also came back both of us got a warn for nlr so blue brought the pet who rdm me for no reason and warn him for rdm but i do not agreed i should've got a warn because i got rdm while watching a bank raid going on plus i never meant to break nlr i thought id could've come back because i got rdm for no reason And now for the kidnapping one so I called a sit because i got rdm while raiding. So the admin/mod/tmod i don't remember what rank he was given the player a verbal warning because he was new and not in a party and he said he was with his friend while this raid was going but was in spawn understandable to a limit so the admin/tmod/mod went away to look at the base left us alone for almost 4 min and the said player started shooting at me so i used my jet back to fly away because i had stuff that can not replace and very rare on my position that i got from fishing so what i thought was a smart thing to do besides shooting the player who was shooting at me was to kidnap the player and waited for the admin/tmod/mod to come back when the mod finally came back he asked me why did i knock out the player i told him what happened and he really didn't care because i did knock the player out and the player never did hit me because his aim i'm guessing was bad and i was using a jet back so what he told me what he could've done is banned me for kidnapping in a sit even though he should have frozen us when he left for almost 4 min and the only thing i was trying to do is defend myself from a player that already rdm me and trying to do it again Who warned/banned you and for how long?:Blue (STEAM_0:0:81699852) And LeGerbs (STEAM_0:0:43157235) Evidence https://imgur.com/a/D90xGbJ if you need when he brings the dog to the sit please tell me and for the other sit were the guy try to kill me (that player got banned too for massrdm... I was gone for no more than 30 seconds looking at the base, when I return I see you dragging the body trying to put it in kings land. I also found that he never shot you once in the sit via damage logs. What interests me is how someone can miss you point blank that many times and you're able to kidnap them? You also tell me that you have video evidence of that entire sit and you're going to post it. Where is that video evidence? I'd also like to know why you're changing your story up so many times? Then you follow me around for 3 days straight calling me an "idiot" and a "child" because I won't remove your warn that you so rightfully deserve. Which resulted in a gigamute. You asked 6 other staff members to remove the warn and they all approached me either in-game or in discord because for some reason you can't live with your mistake. Kilobyte has already told you that the warn is going to stay. As for the NLR "I never meant to break NLR" is not an excuse. I personally would've tried to verbal warn you, but I know what kind of person you are in sits. -1 for NLR removal too. Posted April 22, 2020 Share Posted April 22, 2020 Ok so im going to be -1 on the NLR appeal because if we want to dig this up again we can, however IIRC you both broke NLR several times, possibly even three times, and regardless of whether you got RDM'd or not, you still broke NLR and returned, you know the rules, and you know how to make a sit aswell, you could have made a sit and waited for staff before returning but you didn't you kept coming back to watch a raid, which btw in on its own is asking for some sort of problem. If no damage logs appeared. That’s on you. Because. Now you kidnapped a guy and have nothing in your favor to help you out. -1 on both counts.
