YoshE
Your Steam Name: M E A T Man Your in-game name: YoshE Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:0 / [u:1:0] / https:/steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198187391947 / Didn't know which one to use Why were you warned/banned?: Prop Surfing Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : I've seen the error of my ways, I see now that minging and prop surfing isn't very cash money and I do deeply apologize to everyone for my server rule breaking, I hereby solemnly swear that I will be more cash money in the future. On a serious note, I shouldn't have been coming back after I just got banned for prop surfing to propsurf again, In my eyes I wasnt hurting anyone, but I still should've respected the server rules and refrained from prop surfing. Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Florhn Mcstubbins 2 months Evidence: I did Propsurf, I'll be honest, but im looking for forgiveness. Other than that I dont see what can help in this case. Big Ass
You've been told multiple times not to even prop surf. I was nice enough to even give you a warning for it at first.
Walter the Assaulter
As an ex-staff member who should know the rules, and as you stated in your old moderator application that you had read the MOTD and know the server rules, why did you feel as though you should have performed a prop surf? If an accident, it would be most understandable, but from what I'm told you were warned to stop previously and still thought you should do it. What has changed that makes you believe an unban would be appropriate in this situation?
YoshE
As a current staff member, Walter, I thought it wasnt much of a big deal as a two month ban because i seem to recall a certain staff member also sitting on my magical flying theatre chairs, by the name of Walter The Assualter Mic spamming and joining me on my ride throughout the map. I dont think I should be unbanned because I did prop surf, I just dont believe that 2 months is reasonable for a victimless rule break.

But when you just got off a ban for the exact same thing, you should be happy it wasnt longer.
Walter the Assaulter
So...it's okay because I rode on your couch once? I've already been talked to about that. I don't recall having done it since, nor telling anyone that it's okay. It was made clear to me I shouldn't be doing that kind of thing, showing that being given a warning to stop does work in some cases. Irrelevant argument, regardless. It's a rule in the MOTD. You were warned to stop by staff and instead of petitioning for the rule to be changed or asking a higher up about it, you made the choice to continue doing it. Why? You keep calling it victimless. (I'm going to assume you were still just flying around the map and not into bases) Why do you think it's okay to show other players that it's acceptable to do that? We actually banned somebody for exploiting into sitland using your technique. Somebody literally got banned because they saw what you were doing and did it too. Sticks is calling it an exploit. Given the circumstances above showing that it's easily exploitable not just to enter sit land, but people's bases, I have to agree. Exploits can be anywhere from 1 week - perma. Two months seems extreme for a ban, but if you had just gotten off a ban for it, been warned to stop after that, and yet still continued to do it I'm not sure how much we can help you here. -
florhn
I too think that 2 months is a bit of an extreme for a ban but you were warned multiple times THAT DAY. You were warned by Kilobyte and I myself. You just got off a previous ban just for the same reason you got banned again. Honestly I know you are looking for forgiveness but I don't know how I can help you. The only thing I can do for you is reduce your ban but you will still be banned for abit. I'm willing to reduce it but if you do it again, it's likely going to be a perma ban. I'm reducing this ban to a week.
