Flaming was basing in the PD reception office, I wasn't aware that players could base in PD so I called a warrant for basing in PD on flaming. That's the first time I died. I came back to PD a few minutes later, because I am PD, so it'd be obvious to base in PD. I killed Flaming once when this whole incident happened. I'm not sure if I got killed again or not because frankly I can't remember. After all that transpired I got brought into a sit by Umbak. Umbak said I broke NLR and that flaming was allowed to base in PD and I was let off with a verbal warning thanks to Flaming. We were both returned and I just rp'd as a PD. I killed players that were shooting others and just overall just doing my job as PD officer. During this, I saw that Flaming "failrp'd" and switched jobs to CP just to get into PD. After becoming CP he quickly switched back into his original job. So I called a sit. His reasoning was he can't build in PD unless he's a CP and the moderator backed him up on that so that was fine. However, the main issue I have is the Mass RDM ban. I did NOT mass RDM. When the other mod, can't remember his name, brought up the logs and saw that I killed people, he just assumed it was Mass RDM without any evidence. There was no kill feed, I had no intent of mass rdming, and if I did, it would have made sense to kill as many people as possible in little time. The kills came from me RP'ing as a PD officer. And the Mass NLR was exaggerated. At most it was NLR and I'm fine with that part. There was obvious favoritism in the sit which I already expected. The assumption that I mass RDM'd with not 1 admin call on me makes no sense. The moderators took Flaming's word and he was left unpunished. The head staff also stated their opinions on reception room. I'm going to be a -1 for breaking NLR multiple times. Again Kiezuh, I know you banned me for "Mass RDM and Mass NLR". I didn't Mass RDM. If I did you guys would have received numerous reports on me. I was a PD officer doing my job, killing those who broke the rules. The logs don't tell you why I killed those people, so by you making the assumption that I rdm'd them is just plain wrong and unfair. PS Oh my god I keep editing my own comment and messing up my statement before, Sorry. Furthermore, I didn't MASS NLR, I came back at most twice. The only that they would be KOS is if they were shooting cops or yourself. (That being said if no one complained or if they had brought you to a sit I’d let you off with a warning, but still RDM) furthermore. MassNLR?? I mean I see the one time you came back and I see where Umbak gave you a verbal. Then I see a possible second time in what you said. Buuuuut that being said where’s the other 2 at?
