I really just wanna play the server again. Even though I did do something wrong, the guy still rdmed me, votekicked me without calling staff, did it twice in succession when one didnt go through, was insanely toxic and insulting me. I was even in fountain before him, i was banned for falsifying evidence because i cut out me playing my boombox in fountain and breaking nlr, i get that i shoudlnt have broken nlr, but i wasnt really thinking about that at the time, i was more annoyed i kept getting rdmed. The player was quite obviously targeting me as well. I would prefer people not comment unless they are staff or have something constructive to add. You could have gone literally anywhere else with your boombox. Yet you decide to keep coming back playing "poopy, stinky" on your boombox literally after being killed like 2 times. This could have been easily avoided if you left him alone. I'm -1 as you not have just this ban, but also 15 bans and probably a shit ton of warns. Specifically cutting evidence to make yourself look better is a really dumb hill to die on. You aren't sorry for what you did, you're sorry because you got caught. I'm not even sure if you're sorry, your appeal reads like you want to push the blame on the other person for being toxic. If someone is bothering you and there are no staff on to take a report, the best course of action to take is to mute their text and voice, and then move away from them and make a report on the forums with the video evidence you clearly attempted to supply. There's a valid claim to be made that this wouldn't work on someone heck-bent on following you, but apparently you were following them. I don't know what you want us to say here, but even taking your history out of account (since I have had no interaction with you iirc), this is a really shitty thing to do that I would say requires a major attitude readjustment. If there is a voteban, all staff have access to a command to stop it. You would not have known if a sit was called or not because you are not a staff member. More than anything, I'm disappointed that you believed that this behavior was acceptable, and even more disappointed that you had the gall to not apologize to the people you falsified evidence against. As a human being behind this screen, I'm saddened to see that it's come to this. -1, please get yourself together. When you are ready to reject such behavior, I will welcome you back as the awesome person I'm sure you are underneath the mingery.
