Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?: I didn't break any rules mugging is allowed [and I was a mugger], everyone was in the middle of the map at the fountain that is where it took place. Who warned/banned you and for how long?: YoshE (STEAM_0:1:113563109) and for 7 Days Evidence: I only recieved 1 verbal warning today and that was for a rule that was changed since last time I played, which was a long time ago, and according to the MOTD you need 15 warnings to get a 7 day ban. The reason he banned me was for AMRDM, and the only reason I think I was banned was because the people I was mugging were his friends that he was partied up with. Cody Posted August 22, 2019 Author Share Posted August 22, 2019 You watched me mug them a multitude of times, with out any warning but then it's instantly a ban? you sat there and watched me mug people without a second thought then instantly you jail me then ban me. those were also the only players online at the time. Also if you look at the mug logs I mugged 6 times which ended in 2 deaths of a player other than me, and The only players were at the fountain the other player that was on is my friend so why would I mug him? Not to mention the fact that the NLR Rules does not mention anything about a failed mugging and returning there. There is also a mugging cool down so if i'm not supposed to mug that quick then why is it so short? No matter the argument an Instant no warning ban was not the right direction. You also banned me for AMRDM which is not what I was doing, I would walk up to the crowd of people mug one of them I would hear a gun from their party members then shoot at the person I was mugging. It is not in the MOTD so I can understand as a new player how you wouldn't know this, but do not come here to appeal and try to claim this staff member is biased and only banned you because you mugged his friend. I too have banned people for this same thing. It falls under the "use common sense" rule. If RDM is not allowed, and you mug someone with no weapon and has shown no hostility towards you, why would you kill them? The way I have understood it and I think most other people understand it is that if you get mugged and try to run away, pull a gun or say something like "no fuck you" or wait long enough not doing anything the mugger has the right to kill you in rp. It doesn't seem thats what happened here as he mugged and killed several people on the same second but from rubiks post my understanding is wrong?
