I was just asking him why i was warned for that reason. I never disrespect. First off, I checked your logs before banning you, because we don't ban anything for mass unless it's repeated a minimum of 3 times. I think at this point I am capable of counting to three. Unfortunately, I didn't screenshot the logs this one in particular, so, since you didn't post any evidence either, I guess we'll have to take my word on that. Your warn for raiding in a sit is a separate matter, you can file a different appeal for that if you so wish. Regarding disrespect, you were ignoring me in the sit, posting logs while I was trying to talk to you, and when I posted your logs to discuss how you broke NLR 3 times, you responded by saying "I can read them for myself, thanks.". Maybe that's why you think you only broke NLR two times, since you weren't actually bothering to pay attention to what I was saying in the sit. Regarding the NLR offenses themselves, I had used showNLR, and you went all the way out to the corner of the ocean map, dying 4 times out in the water next to or on the path to the player's who reported you's base. You also lied in our sit by saying you crossfired one of them, with a sniper rifle, while they were in the corner of the map, on the top floor of their private base, while you shot them from the ocean, there were no other players even in the beach district when I went to spectate and look, and you hadnt damaged anyone else around the time you killed them. """crossfire""" btw. At least you adverted crossfire after you sniped him, so, np. I'd love to know why you think your behavior is acceptable. Punishment length is always at the discretion of the banning staff member and in this case your sit was handled by an admin; one of the most experienced staff members. Sorry bud, without any solid claims supported with evidence such as abuse by Big Heart, a lack of a sit or poor communication during the sit are the only reasons why this could possibly be appealed by anyone other than him. I've spoken to Big Heart and he feels strongly that you broke the server rules but were also a little disrespectful and made it more difficult when it didn't have to be. Just to summarize your ban here and add some context... Let's assume your NLR was a one day ban: ...NLR - 1day +mass = 7days +noncompliant in sit/talking over staff = +/- 3days You ban seems pretty in line with the proper punishment times and reasons guidelines. Aye, so, just like in our sit, you want to focus on what the other guy did, to try and deflect off of your own rulebreaks. "He broke the rules so I did it too!" never has been and never will be a valid argument. And like I said, you didn't post any screenshots, video, or any other evidence whatsoever proving it was 2 NLRs, not 3 like I say. Saying "I can read them for myself, thanks" IS a lack of respect, since you know perfectly well that as a staff member, it's literally my job here to comb through those logs and use them to determine the truth of whatever situation is being discussed in the sit, and it was entirely relevant to the discussion. I already told you why I don't believe your crossfire story, as there was no reason to believe it based on the logs. You didn't damage anyone except for the 2 crips basing on the island, and you sniped the one of them from out in the water off their island while they were on the upper patio of the island base, while no one else was even in the entirety of the beach district when checked, and you couldnt name them, and the other party in the sit hadnt seen anyone either. Totally crossfire though. I never said that it was totally crossfire, if I admit that I came back and broke the NLR, besides what rubik says is 10 days ban, not 2 weeks, I hope they reduce it a bit, but hey, every time try to be good people, but good, if you hate me it's okay ... Stop breaking rules because someone else did. That type of justification will only get you in more trouble.
