Banned for fail rp

Evidence: Regarding the racism, I was invited to a party by a guy that was helping me kidnap. I didn't even read the name and just joined it, as I usually do when someone invites me to a party that's helping me kidnap. The party name was "nibbas" I don't agree that clicking accept on a party means I'm liable for the name. 

 

The fail rp part is bs too, Piklas kidnapped me and put me in my own base, after I was knocked out, I stood up and was stuck in my own props. I couldn't do unstuck, I couldn't reach the keypad nor could I buy the box he placed for me,so I deleted my base only because  I remembered reading this on MOTD

Now I don't think he got me stuck on purpose but the fact of the matter was there was no RP since I was stuck in a prop and had no way to buy my way out. On top of that Piklas managed to kidnap me while I was standing on very top of the fountain. But I bet Piklas won't post video of that, only me deleting my base.

Im 95% sure you are lying about the party name thing considering you just know it is against the racism rule and the guy wasn't a random considering he was talking about how you were friends before giving your cc to him and they just happen to both be on your cc and in the same party using your base, but i digress. I sent my evidence to doc for review just to make sure you were breaking rules and maybe make a report but he decided he would just ban you and the guys that were breaking rules with you.

Like i told you ingame its kinda sad how you're still trying to loophole rules and get away with breaking them even after a year of doing the same thing. I would have no issue with converting your ban into a warn tho

 

but that could be because you said you have 14 warns and you're about to get a week ban instead

What are you 95% sure I'm lying about? If I knew the party name was "nibba" I would have told him to change it as he's in my gang and I kick anyone that does stupid shit. And what loopholes are you referring to? I didn't loophole anything. What about your loophole of standing on my head while I was on the top of fountain in order to to kidnap me? Would you post a video of that? Because that's an exploit, just as finding certain spots in spawn that allow you to kill people is an exploit.

You're right, I didnt wait very long. When I'm stuck in a prop, there goes all RP in my opinion. Yes I did try unstuck command and it did nothing. I didn't just delete the base because I was upset I got kidnapped. I'm confused on how it was fail rp, considering that rule I referred to states being stuck in a prop is not RP. So if it's not RP how did I Fail at RP? I'm confused, does that rule have a different meaning than I'm thinking it does? And in regards to the party name, I simply did not see the party name, or I would have told him that it's not allowed, as I don't want to see any of my in game buddys get in trouble. Since you and other staff determined this to be breaking the rules, hence my ban, how should I have handled the situation? Because I was just going off what I read in MOTD. If I misjudged that rule, kindly let me know how the situation should have been handled.

Don't forget you exploited the fountain kidnap limits by standing on my head. XD

You should have called a staff for being stuck and sent the message "!unstuck is not working, I am stuck in my prop while kidnapped" or waited the kidnap timer since you can't go anywhere anyways, then killed yourself to escape. In regaurds to the racism, as mentioned above you are notified of the party name before you accept or decline the invite. Make better choices next time.

Of course that's a better solution. I'd like a better explanation of that rule I quoted in my response to doc. Because I was under the influence, the moment I was stucj in that prop I had no way to properly rp the kidnap. I couldn't buy the box. I couldn't get someone to break me out. So I figured RP didn't apply due to a technicality of me being merged with a wall.
