Why were you banned?: ""Mass RDM (killed 2) | Interrupting a sit, multiple bans for same reason staff came to agreement for 35 days"

Why should you be unbanned?: 35 days. for killing 2 people. after getting hit by a slapper tool. Granted, in a sit, but still, it's not enough to be considered MRDM. This doesn't follow ban guidelines. I got banned once for "IRDM x2" When I used a timebomb  to kill someone who was in a public base, and doc got salty so he banned me. The other ban "mass RDM, interrupting a sit" If I'm interrupting a sit, take it to sit land, a place literally made for sits. The sit was NOT location dependent, plus the "interruption" was after I got hit by a player in the sit, but was that player so much as verbally warned? No? A lot of people are using the chat logs of me saying something like "can I bomb your sit or no?" It was a joke. The fact that you're taking it seriously is a little absurd. At this point, it seems like you can't use explosives if a staff is within 100 feet otherwise they'll ban you because they took damage from an explosive... in a public area... Even if its related to RP and not RDM. Why not just remove explosives then? 

 

Who banned you and for how long? Rubik 7 day, extended to 35 from Doc. 

Side notes: I'm not saying unban me overall, it was still a sit, etc. I'm just saying 35 days is definitely too long, and 7 days is... questionable, but acceptable given I was banned for a similiar previous reason (Even though if I had shadowplay, it would probably be considered false)

You have been banned multiple times for the same reason... And you still have not learned your lesson.

 

Why is that.

 

like I would think if you got banned for the same thing you would not want to keep doing it ..but you did.

 

35 days is just right. You know why?

You failed to learn that what you keep doing is not aloud.

 

You failed to understand that.. that’s your fault nobody else’s.

 

Highly doubt this will get accepted I will let the banning staff member know you made this.

 

With the explosive.. if you choose to use explosives in public with rp or not reason.. you have a high chance of getting staff attention.

Especially if you blow up 5 people

Banned because Doc got salty? Actually, in that situation you were banned for setting off a bomb in a public place, which under no system of logic that involves more than 0 brain cells is a good idea.

I'm supposed to be the best we have. I'm the champion. The "senior administrator," as I have been called. Players look up to me. Staff look to me for support. I have thousands of hours of staffing experience. Well over a thousand on this server alone.

Even I cannot manage a full verbal warning in the time between a grenade being thrown and that grenade exploding.

 

Your ban was extended with my permission with the full support of the senior mod team. Nobody voted no. Some people wanted it to be 2 months.

Extended bans are for people who refuse to listen, won't understand what they did wrong, and continue to break rules after being issued normal punishments. 

Based solely on this appeal alone, you fit all three of these categories. If we factor in your ingame behavior, you fit these categories three times over.

 

You had your chance, and you took it and just rambled about how "salty" we are for a few paragraphs. 

It's actually very simple to not get banned while using explosives:

• Don't throw them in the road while you're in a sit
  
• Don't throw them in public places period 
  
• Use them where they make actual RP sense, like when you're breaking into a base or defending your own base. Literally nobody that knows how to use third-grade critical thinking thinks it's RP to throw grenades into large crowds to kill a single person, most especially during a NON-RP SITUATION
