Why were you Warned?: Breaking Raid Timer

Why should you be Unwarned?: I was raiding PD Vault and the vault was glitched, when the timer for the vault was done, no money or loot came out of it. Rubik, Succ, Plug, Kill, and I just stayed there because we didn't know there was a raid timer for the PD. I thought the raid timer on the MOTD was only meant for normal, base raids. Please make it more clear on MOTD, there's only a PD cooldown time on the MOTD.

Yeah I was there and the bank was definately glitched because the screen outside said "The PD Bank Can Be Raided" in all green text, so we proceeded to call raid and enter. 

When we got to the vault we pressed E on it as it appeared to be raidable. Then it said Bank can be Raided in 900 seconds, but we thought maybe it's a visual glitch since the panel outside said the bank could be raided. 

After the raid I did see that we exceed the raid timer but since the PD was glitching out I guess we did not keep track of time very well. 

 

I just want to add my side so I do not seem illiterate or unaware of the server rules. We did make a mistake and go over the raid timer but given the fact that the Bank and Panel were glitched I would be in support of this appeal. 

 

Also, Alpha and I did discuss the raid timer rule and came to the conclusion that since the bank timer was saying 900 seconds then the 10 minute raid timer could not possibly apply if it takes 15 minutes to raid the vault. Afterwards I learned that it was a glitch and the actual time to raid the vault is 300 seconds, not 900. Apparently the cooldown is 900 seconds. If that is the case then the fault here is lack of experience between us involved and a glitch in the PD panel outside the lobby. 

 

It's been a while since I personally have raided the PD bank so I did not have any accurate information until now.

If you saw it was a glitch take a video/screenshot and report it on the forums

 

Just because something doesn't work doesn't mean you break raid timer

 

If you use a pickup box and it doesn't work you don't stay in a regular base until it works and break raid timer so this is the same concept

 

I would like to make this a discussion for all members of the community so I will not be denying this, but I will not remove the warn.

 

Anyone else is free to comment on what they think the PD raid timer should be and why.

Alphaz, why are you complaining about being warned for raid timer and throwing this "glitch" story up if you were in the PD for 20 minutes before you even began the vault raid?
