I know this thread might seem like someone bitching and crying but let me explain myself. What happens often: Someone will break the rules lets say NLR or raid a base twice under 20minutes and the 2nd time around they come and kill you and get away with all your printers and processors, if the sit happens after the person has taken all your stuff they get to keep it even though they got warned for raiding twice under the time limit of 20minutes, basically they just traded a warn for a lot of loot, and then the person (me) gets nothing back, can't even spawn in their printers or processors back because they are with the person who broke multiple rules got away with it and just got a warning, now you don't have shit, and no point in having a base and if the person who stole your entities are super active you're not going to be able to spawn in anything for the next however many hours till server reset. I find this really pathetic, I'm sure 60% of people would trade a warning for multiple processors and printers, the penalty is too small and the reward for the rule breaker is too high and the person who got raided twice in under 20minutes by the same raider is left frustrated of all events and actions taken by mods.

 The Tits Rp Staff team will work together to find a reliable way to make sure that in the future this doesn't happen and players don't lose valuable items or entities from those who wish to not abide by the rules laid out by said Staff Team.

You could probably do this it just depends on the staff in the sit I would personally tell them to give it back and give them the warning too not just let them give back the loot for no warning cause you are just letting them go free

I have handled cases like this. typically, the offender would be forced to give back the entities by putting them in a pickup box that can be eaten and teleported safely back to the victim's property. Another issue with your complaint is that you wouldn't just keep getting warned for the same offense. the whole point of having a record for warnings is that every other staff can see that a given rule has already been explained to you, by who, and when. Eventually, the person will get more severe punishments such as a ban, and many things are tolerated so little that after you have been warned once for it, you get banned next time you break the same rule, especially if its recent. (RRDM for example). The only reason they wouldn't is because the staff overseeing the situation is incompetent or lacks proper training/knowledge.

 

So essentially, yes, you are complaining for no reason, or at least for the wrong reason.

Their loss, they'll soon get permabanned if they continue because the warn threshold and that money will be useless, but still, I agree that you should be given back your items, and when you raid and they nlr and keep their loot, and I can't even continue my raid, nope they can just upgrade their base.
