Why should you be unbanned?:

 

I hadn't had any infractions on my head for anything while on today.  I discovered a cache of printers near a base(that I scoped out a few mins prior).  This guy appears out of nowhere, no running sounds or anything behind me in the sewer(I think he noclipped actually).  I admit I was in the wrong for shooting him as I did not give him the binded 3 warnings.. but he did not die.  I am jailed, he goes into the warning menu ( !warns ), changes his mind then I am gone without any warning for 2 days.

 

I tried to be reasonable and explain I had just found them, that he came was right behind me without any footsteps, but he refused any type of explanation or reason.

 

 

I am pretty confident he did that just to ensure he secured the 15 printer cache I had just discovered for himself,

or it is his cache(he was spamming adverts trying to get rid of a lot of printers a few minutes prior).

 

I don't usually make any appeals but this seemed to me like a crock of shit, and just an excuse to get me out

so he could keep all 15 of them without contest.

I didn't see anything that could be admissable in the brief time before he banned me(probably 1min after he jailed me). If I had known he would ban me without a single warning, I would have videod the entire engagement.. but I was gone in about 1 minute while merely trying to explain why why I had shot him.

 

All the console log displayed was him using the warn command, then !xban.

 

I did say look at logs to see if I bought any printer because he charged they could be mine.. which they were not.

Do you have any evidence that he was either abusive or that you did not violate the rules?

What do you expect us to do based solely off the word of some dude on the forums? Especially when your story is "I didn't hear him walk up and I tried to RDM him and got banned"?

First off, I did not own the printers. I did not noclip behind you. And I did not shoot you at all. You had prior warnings for rdm. That's why I did !warns. Then I proceeded to ask you why you shot me and you gave me stupid reasons. Your ban is over now I'm pretty sure and I'm sorry for not responding sooner. Next time if there is no base around and they are literally just walking by don't shoot them.
